**What do you like best about Agency Handy?**

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects
• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly
• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase
• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate
• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)
• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively
• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)
• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Agency Handy?**

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

The ability to consolidate our entire agency tech stack into one platform. I am managing my clients onboarding, subscriptions, invoicing, and Kanban project boards in a single, white-labeled portal. It completely eliminates the need to duct-tape multiple SaaS tools together just to run our daily operations

While the white-labeling is fantastic, as a design-focused agency, I would love to see even more granular UX/UI customization options for the client portal. It looks highly professional, but having deeper control over the layout and aesthetic to perfectly match our brand guidelines would be a great addition.

What I like best about AgencyHandy is how clean and straightforward it is to use—creating and sending proposals looks professional, takes only a few minutes, and the whole workflow feels well thought out. On top of that, the support is excellent: Hasib replied quickly and helped me resolve custom domain settings and configuration issues right away.

I ran into a few issues with the custom domain setup and a small display error, but nothing serious. Support helped quickly and everything was resolved.

I really like Agency Handy’s interface, it is very clean, intuitive, and easy to understand, which helps me work faster and stay organized. The app is extremely powerful for service based agencies and has transformed my workflow from something that was previously manual and chaotic into a more structured system, especially for billing, projects, proposals, and invoicing. The initial setup was very easy; within 30 minutes, I already understood how to use it.

I hope Agency Handy continues to grow and can also be used for e-commerce sales to help me manage my other clients.

I use Agency Handy to manage my client portal, including CRM, billing, and project management. This application has made my work much more organized and efficient. I really like its clean and user-friendly interface. However, I hope Agency Handy will eventually support e-commerce sales as well. My recommendation score is 10.

The "all-in-one" nature of the tool is its biggest strength. We’ve been able to eliminate the "tool fatigue" that comes with jumping between separate apps for CRM, task management, and client billing. Everything is consolidated into a single, intuitive dashboard. Additionally, the development team is incredibly impressive. They are highly responsive and are constantly pushing out new feature updates that actually make sense for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Agency Handy?**

Not much. Seeing how fast the team moves and how frequently they release updates, I have total confidence that it will be on market leading spot soon.

Before Agency Handy, our client data and order history were scattered across multiple tools, leading to communication gaps and wasted time. Agency Handy solved this by providing a centralized hub for managing the entire client lifecycle. From initial order and onboarding to task execution and final invoicing. This has streamlined our operations significantly, allowing us to scale our client base without increasing our administrative overhead.

I can manage a lot of stuff without having a bunch of tools all over the place. I also appreciate being able to manage my customers, products, and forms all in one place, which enhances my ability to sell my services effectively.

The customization options are lacking. I wish there was a more custom client portal, and overall, more customization. I'd like to be able to build it how we want, with more logo options and changeable layouts. A better editable view for clients is also something I miss.

I have a few small suggestions for how Agency Handy could improve. One of them is the design of the invoices. They don't allow for custom fonts, and that would be nice. And another one is on the services page for there to be a space to upload videos or GIF files so that the services can be illustrated with more media instead of just one, simple photo.

What I like best is that they have created a tool agencies have needed for years: A true portal that is client-facing and internally competent. None of the others either could do this or didnt prioritize it, and Agency Handy has truly met a market need for busy agencies that provide many recurring services, as well as 1-time projects, share files, and track time and detailed review, and need to do so OUTSIDE OF EMAIL. haha

**What do you dislike about Agency Handy?**

There have been no downsides to date. Agency Handy has been wonderful.

**What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AH has solved the problem of working with multiple clients in email. 
I'm glad that is ok for solopreneurs/1-person web designers, consultants, etc. but it does not work in our B2B  world.
Multiple professionals on my team need to interface with multiple on the client's end. If people knew to 'reply all' and use the right email, email might work, but its a mess.

The other problem they're solving is trust.
Plenty of mid-market businesses like the ones we serve have heard their service provider say, "login here to contact us/get a thing" and they lose trust when they don't get a reply or its too confusing.
AH actually built a portal that not only clearly notifies my team, but our replies notify the client (like a normal app should w/an email notification to that 'Suited has replied to ticket X') and 'boom' - clients click those email notifications and are brought right to the ticket and conversation with my team. You can attach files, drill in and markup those files (similar to a markup.io), the client can see the time that task is accruing toward their support time, and even zoom out to see ALL tasks pertaining to a particular service, each in 'in queue', 'in progress', 'requires client approval' and 'complete' phases for total transparency to them and others in their organization.

Prior, it was all email, or the tools that gave us a 'portal' only for us internally, not set up like I described above for our CLIENTS.

I like the intuitiveness of Agency Handy. The team is always available and it feels like they're there 24/7, which is awesome. Whenever I have a problem or a question, they're really easy to communicate with and they communicate very well about their product and what it does.

**What do you dislike about Agency Handy?**

I do wish that the lower tiers had some of the features like tier three has. I feel like I wish it had more brands available. At the lower tiers because I'm only on tier two. That's all I can afford. And I would love to have an upgrade to tier three if that's what it took.

I use Agency Handy to handle day-to-day tasks like sending out invoices without needing paper, making it a paperless system.

**What do you like best about Agency Handy?**

I really like how Agency Handy keeps everything in one place—it makes managing tasks and tracking team hours super easy. The proposal tool is awesome too. It lays out all the package options in a way that makes sense to clients, and then it automatically creates tasks for my team based on what they select. It’s honestly saved me so much time.

I also love how flexible the service packages are. Not every client needs a full-scale solution—some just need light social media support, not daily posts. This setup makes it easy to show what we offer, why it’s valuable, and gives clients clear options that actually match their needs.

And the support? AMAZING. Huge shoutout to Orvi, who helped me fix a package I messed up when I first set it up. They were super prompt, knew the system from some really vague screenshots I sent. The client wanted the proposal ASAP and they really saved the day. Most support teams barely scratch the surface of how things work, but Orvi went above and beyond. I had to get a proposal out before the end of the day and was cutting it close—seriously can’t give enough praise!

**What do you dislike about Agency Handy?**

One small thing I’d improve: I primarily use Agency Handy internally and don’t necessarily want clients to be able to get in the platform. Currently, you’re required to input a client email, but many clients don’t need to access the tool IMO and there’s a lot of internal communication I’d prefer they didn't have access to. I am sure some people/business models think that is vaulable feature but most of my clients aren't great with computers and this confuses the heck out of them. I'd just perfer to input hte company name and what we need to do

**What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I got this platform, I had proposals scattered across Google Drive, my harddrive, in my email etc.  task lists in a million different places, and no real system for tracking hours tied to actual work. Contracts were being signed, but there wasn’t a clear way for us to manage the tasks that came out of them or who to assign them too things were constantly slipping through the cracks. I needed something that could bring all of that together in one place, and this did exactly that.

I'm running small Marketing agency and it's very hard to manage all clients in 1 software and here Agency Handy comes and now I can manage all client in 1 platform and can send invoice, emails, take payments, everything smoothly without extra hassle or micromanage. What makes them great is their customer support 

I had some challenges while setting up my account and they are able to fix it up

Also, they are serious with the project by listening to customer's feedback and incorporating them in their development 

Their founder is also helpful, since day one, Rashik has been assisting whenever I contact him for help

I will definitely recommend the tool and it's also affordable compared to other competing products

What I disliked?

I haven't found major glitch or issue drawing me back 

Then, my major problem was the order form not included in the platform as it allows users to upsell services 

However, now they have added the feature, so technically, no issue
