Conceptboard is a great collaboration tool for working with teams. It is intuitive to use, and participants quickly get the hang of it. I use it very often in online workshops and also in coaching to visualize topics, make them discussable, and work on them. The content can be creatively implemented and later easily exported and made available in a photo protocol. In addition, numerous pre-made templates are available, which can be quickly inserted and customized. Another advantage is that Conceptboard is GDPR compliant. Conceptboard is very clearly designed and easy to use. I particularly like that it is operated on German servers and that great importance is attached to data protection. I use it in coaching, training, change workshops, as well as in 1:1 situations to gain a better overview together. The available templates support interactive work and the platform is continuously evolving, making it more and more comfortable and flexible. Occasionally, there were instabilities, such as participants briefly being kicked off the board. This could be quickly resolved, but it was disruptive at the moment. Apart from that, I have hardly any criticism – compared to other boards, Conceptboard is clearly number one for me, especially because of its strong focus on data protection. We mainly work for corporations and are bound by strict guidelines in collaboration with the individual project teams. It has serious performance and user experience problems: it is slow to load, unintuitive to use, its interface looks and feels dated, and it's generally unpleasant to work with. In our live online trainings and hybrid workshops, Conceptboard is an integral part, so we use Conceptboard almost daily. The board is our central workspace: content, links, work areas, and interactions – all on one surface, accessible to everyone in the browser. We also appreciate the ability to work both synchronously and asynchronously, for example, in the joint development of workshop concepts with clients. Conceptboard is intuitive and quick to learn, making it ideal for participants without prior experience with virtual whiteboards. We are an architecture firm and we use conceptboard every day. All our drawings, specs, sketches, photos, etc. are being put on a dedicated project board and we review, mark-up, discuss, etc. in real time. It is so easy, user friendly and intuitive.
