**What do you like best about Bordio?**

I particularly like how Bordio breaks down my teams, jobs, and timeslots onto one board; also, when a tech goes over at a location, I can re-shuffle the visits in a hurry.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

In reality, the problem for me is the mobile functionality when the signal strength is low. The offline functionality also lacks strength in that I continue to have a notebook to record the updates when I am offline.

**What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've reduced missed appointments & last-minute curveballs by utilizing Bordio as the Field Operations Manager. This allows the crew to see the priorities more clearly, me to recognize overloading sooner, & our daily route to look less reactive.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

A huge advantage for us is the convenience and minimalism of the interface. Our team consists of many young people who are used to simplicity, and when we tried to implement other solutions (we tried OrangeScrum, Odoo, Trello, Jira), they were almost always met with resistance because they were complex and inconvenient. Another big plus is the excellent mobile applications, which do not glitch, unlike many other systems, and they are very useful for quick work, especially during meetings.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product.

**What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.
Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.
We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Of course, this is the result of comprehensive work, but Bordio is one of the main innovations for us and likely has had a significant impact on this result.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

It’s not often that people buy or request a door installation. It’s kind of a one-time purchase, so I prioritize my customer’s journey. From their initial request or in-person consultation to installation and customer support, I make sure everything is perfect. That is why I wanted the best project management software. Most of them were complicated to use for the kind of business that I do. So, when I found Bordio and gave it a try, it changed everything for us. It’s so simple yet so efficient. I didn’t expect that I could manage 30 clients in a month without having to sweat!

I can create multiple projects, add different folders, and sort them out based on the most important tasks to the least important. I can even add my clients to show them the progress of the project and set an event with them for reports and feedback. The best thing? I can do this on a single board. It is so easy!

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

Since I can easily see all of my projects on one board, I keep looking at it even after working hours. Sometimes, I wish I could set a timer when I could only use the app.

With Bordio, I do not have to click and change pages many times to find a task or project I want to see. It’s just in a single board. Also, I’ve become more hands-on with my clients because I can easily track progress for each project just by viewing my whole workspace.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

It makes it simple to organize a bunch of orders using its simple task card system that can be seen in one view.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

Sometimes, I’d like to keep a task card private to show that it’s already done instead of the task cards turning gray.

**What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our process in order. Bordio is perfect for projects that involves phases, as they can be done easily with setting up task cards. You just have to move the cards to the right or the next column to the next step should be done. I also like that they have a waiting list where you can put pending tasks that haven’t been assigned or set a deadline yet.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

Its features allow us to make it our main booking system. We’ve use it to schedule an event, confirm details, and send messages to our clients. Seamless integration with Google Calendar. Customer support usually respond within 1 business day.

Notifications can be more customized (only basic options available)

**What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business has been around for many years now, but we’ve just recently discover a booking system like in Bordio. And it’s not even a software for scheduling events! We like how easy it is to use Bordio for setting an event for each day month. Also, we use it to communicate with our client because it has a live-messaging feature. Bordio, unexpectedly, has made our booking and communications systems so much better.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

I love Bordio’s tasks views especially the kanban board. My team and I can easily create a plan for our new product design just by creating the kanban board. And we can easily talk on the chat, real-time, as we view the task.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

Since we’re a printable calendar business, I wish Bordio had its own create-a-design feature or like a paint tool.

**What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily give feedback to my graphic designers if I approve of their designs. Once they upload a design on the task, I tell them what I think about it in the message box. It’s like I’m using Telegram but it’s already in the Bordio. Our communication has improved a lot with Bordio.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

What I really like about Bordio is how it just fits with what we do in marketing. Before we started using it, keeping track of everyone's tasks felt like herding cats. Now, I can quickly see who's doing what, when it's due, and how everything's coming along. It's super easy to use, too.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

In general, we like everything. The only thing we could think about about - is Latvian language in the app (currently there is English only). But it's not a big problem.

First off, it's gotten rid of the confusion around who's doing what. Before, we'd lose track of assignments and deadlines, which was a nightmare. Another big win is how it's made our planning so much smoother. We can adjust our marketing campaigns on the fly.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

The real-time chat feature of Bordio is just one of the its good features. Our communication at work has become more effective with Bordio. Everything is in one board, even the chat box. I can easily send my reminders and notes for the whole team in the specific task we’re doing for the day, real-time! Great Customer support. We use Bordio every day!

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

No GIF or emoji options on their chat box.

I can now balance my work life and family life. I have a lovely twin that wants my full attention, but it is not a problem with Bordio because I can easily send messages to my members within the app itself.

I like Bordio as a planning and productivity tool.
The advantages that I would note: effective task management, calendar integration, joint planning, analytics and reporting, reminders and notifications, ease of use, mobile access.

In principle, I am satisfied with everything, the only thing I would like is more choice of colors.

Bordio, as a productivity and planning tool, helps solve several common problems.
Here are some of which I was able to solve: time management problems, coordination of a complex project, communication overhead, irrational allocation of resources, lack of real-time updates, information availability, monitoring and reporting.

We’ve tried a couple of similar softwares, but Bordio is the only one that has the most useful features. It just has the things that are important. And it is not complicated to use at all!

I wish they could integrate Spotify in Bordio because I enjoy listening to music while working.

Our projects are not all over the place anymore. It’s in one board and organized in different folders. We can just mark the most important folder as our favorite (priority) and it goes to the top of our list. It’s easier to manage projects like that.

I tend to use Bordio for my to-do lists for the shop every day. I get more things done with it because it is easy to use. I like its mobile version as well.

I can't configurate the size of the fonts

I don’t have to think of the things I have to do in a day. I can set up all my task cards before the day of work and include how many hours I have or might spend completing it. Also, I can easily tag one of our repairmen to a specific client, so he also has a good view of what his day might look like.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

Time blocks, repeated events, notes within the task cards, and mostly everything, to be honest. We’re creating systems in Bordio with its simple meeting and events scheduling. We can easily customized meetings depending on the date or its frequency. We can see ahead of time any upcoming meeting or monthly reports schedule, so we can prepare ahead of time.

Nothing so far, the app is working great!

Overlapping schedules and rushed reports - we’ve removed all of this within a few weeks of using Bordio. We’re now used to how simple creating events and meetings in Bordio, so we’re more connected and productive as ever.

Everyone knows what they’re doing and by when because of the simple task assignment and due date setting functionalities of Bordio. We can see everything at a glance, removing all the pressure and stress for all the members.

A pop-up morning message would be a great addition to Bordio’s feature. It could be fun.

The whole campaign planning and implementation process has become more manageable. Everything is on track, no one is lost or confused, and there’s a more balanced workload for everyone. I’ve also noticed the team can keep up with less stress because of Bordio’s intuitive design.

You can get so much just even just for the free version. But, with the paid version, it has become a more powerful tool to do exactly what we want!

I can’t think of anything major aside from a dark mode option.

Our day at the hotel gets busy almost throughout the day, so my team is mostly dispersed. We only get to see in the morning for a daily briefing. With Bordio, we can still get updated and connected even though we do not see each other.

My team can do, if not all, so many things in Bordio. My assistant can efficiently schedule my consultation meetings and send invites, while my social media manager can easily plan our contents for FB and Instagram. My favorite, I can see everything in one look.

It would be fun to have emoji icons I could send to my team. We’d love sharing funny emojis!

Our daily operations is way efficient now. My schedules are perfectly planned and we constantly put out content to keep building our brand online.

Nothing fancy about their features is their selling point. It makes it even useful because everyday about Bordio is useful.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

Probably, the only think I didn’t like is it doesn’t have more color options. I tend to use darker colors for my task cards.

We always have meetings, so Bordio’s simple calendar system makes it easier for use to schedule them. Also, we can just view everything in our phones, so we can still get updated about the meeting even outside the office.

We use Bordio’s workspaces as our sales representatives’ personal boards where we assign their customers in folder form.

I wish we could also change the colors of the folder icon.

We are now more organized with the folder options in Bordio. For me, it’s easier to see what how many client profiles my sales reps have to complete at the end of the day.

Bordio’s customer support is easy to reach and responsive. Based on my experience, I didn’t have to wait for a week for a reply. Also, they keep updating their features.

I hope they read this and create a table option in the notes section. That’ll be a great add on!

First, Bordio is so easy to use. The more I used it, the more I fall in love with it. For a $5 a month subscription, is a good deal for me!

Bordio is known for its single board view. It makes everything easier to see all our plans laid out in one board.

A customizable template of an FB post might be a good additional feature of Bordio.

Our planning have become more detailed with Bordio. It’s easier to see what post or content we’re expected to finish at the end of the day. So, we’ve become more active in our socials and it’s good for our marketing strategy.

What I like about Bordio is how I can easily set estimate time for each task. It allows me to calculate everyone’s workload keeping it fair for everyone.

A time tracker could be good but maybe too much.

No one questions the amount of work they do because everything is planned and assigned accordingly. The estimated time of work gives all members the chance to evaluate what they should do on the day and how can they finish it within the set time.

The platform’s design is best for quick task assignments and updates. It’s pretty straightforward, as well, so there’s no time wasted learning the whole it. Several times I had a question and I received reply from support on the same day!

Nothing. Of course some people will find negative sides, but for my company Bordio works perfectly.

We’re more coordinated on a daily level. I can efficiently assign tasks to my employees and track what they do real-time. There’s minimal errors because we can respond quickly with Bordio.

We like Bordio because of its features. We had the kanboard view and calendar view, we used it for files and links storage, it’s also our communication app.. Basically everything we needed was in Bordio.

I would like to see more color choices added.

We were able to come up with the best ideas for our current project just by using Bordio. It allowed us to collaborate in just one platform because Bordio has everything we needed to plan and launch our project.

**What do you like best about Bordio?**

I like Bordio’s ease of implementation. All of its features are pretty straightforward. It gives me the opportunity to do my work better at the warehouse without having to try and test each function.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

I would pay extra for a Spotify integration. You know, sometimes, it gets a bit boring in the warehouse.

We only use Bordio now, so all teams involved in the production and delivery are in one platform. There’s no need to use other softwares just to get the work done.

Messaging and notifications are real-time in Bordio. I can easily send reports or get feedback from our team leaders.

I’m used to seeing an icon to show if someone is active or not. I wish there’s like that in Bordio.

I’m new to this company, so I appreciate that I can easily get a feedback from our team leader by just using the chat feature of Bordio. It feels like I’m using a Viber, but for work only, that’s within Bordio’s interface.

Bordio has a good amount of features, perfect for starters. And you can do everything in one single board which most PM tools lack of.

**What do you dislike about Bordio?**

One thing is the dark mode option. It would be a great feature to have.

The paid version is as simple as the free version despite being able to create unlimited projects. It’s extremely low learning curve, so everyone in my team can use it without needing to watch a single YouTube video.

I like that everything can be seen at a glance, making it easy to use.

We’ve been using Bordio for our everyday task management, but it would be better if they also have a time in and out of all added members.

It is easy to see what needs to be done for the day. Bordio’s one-board view allows us to see how many repairs we should do for the day. We do not get confused at all.

Bordio’s features allow us to do our work better. It might look basic, but Bordio delivers. It provides the most efficient service for us.

We wish there’s a downloadable version of Bordio on PC.

We used ASANA before Bordio because everyone was using it. But, we found it to be complicated. So, Bordio makes our process simplier. It has all the features that we need especially the real-time chat feature.
