What do you like best about Workforce Guardian?

Easy to work, simple to explore, and an incredible tool for executives to use who aren't HR prepared and has been amazingly useful for us in agreeing with HR best practices. Some best features are Applicant Tracking, Compensation Management, Employee Database, Performance Management, Self Service Portal, Time & Attendance, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workforce Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it on a daily basis, beginning from the Applicant tracking to the recruitment of a candidate and to the creation of their database in the company, their joining, and finally, till they join or starts coming to the office so their time and attendance tracking. We are too dependant on this tool for the complete process and in between things like compensation management, Employee profiles, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
