Some best features are Applicant Tracking, Compensation Management, Employee Database, Performance Management, Self Service Portal, Time & Attendance, etc. **What do you dislike about Workforce Guardian?** We were using this tool for many years and didn't find anything to dislike about. We really like this tool. **Recommendations to others considering Workforce Guardian:** An excellent tool and totally reliable. If you are finding a solution for making your HR department operations easy, this is definitely the best answer for you. Go for it, It will help you. **What problems is Workforce Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it on a daily basis, beginning from the Applicant tracking to the recruitment of a candidate and to the creation of their database in the company, their joining, and finally, till they join or starts coming to the office so their time and attendance tracking. We are too dependant on this tool for the complete process and in between things like compensation management, Employee profiles, etc. ### 4.
