What do you like best about Deel HR?

What I value most about Deel HR is the predictability and complete visibility over the entire flow of income and documentation. In my daily routine, I constantly use the Payment Tracker module and the withdrawal panel. Being able to see the exact status of funds in real-time from when the company issues the settlement until they are credited completely eliminates uncertainty.

On the other hand, while the website works flawlessly, the mobile app presents small performance delays when processing document downloads or checking account statuses. What problems is Deel HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previous situation and resolved issues: Before using Deel HR, managing and tracking collections required constant email exchanges, manual invoice generation, and the uncertainty of not knowing exactly when funds would be credited or if there would be delays with the issuing bank. We had difficulties maintaining an orderly billing history and managing transfers to our local wallets without losing operational time.
