"Excellent Payroll Module and Robust Reporting in Paylocity"

What do you like best about Paylocity?

I think there are many modules that are made with excellence within Paylocity. One is the payroll section. There are so many reports that allow you to reconcile. I have worked in a system before that didn't have that and a lot of payroll was just left up to chance. That isn't the case in Paylocity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

I think there are some disconnects here and there. One thing that proves to be a challenge for us is Performance reviews and the manual process we have to take to assign reviews and then go in and manually delete and re-assign as the manager changes or their job changes. What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every time I turn around, if I see something that needs refinement, I find that it's on their short list already. Many times we will be introduced to new products and it was something that I was complaining about. It's a full blown solution to that problem. Paylocity is very forward thinking.
