I use Personio for my day-to-day tasks and I find it very helpful. I can apply for, edit, or delete leaves, which is a major feature for me. It also helps that I can update my personal information, which is useful for the company's record-keeping. Uploading documents like salary slips and medical insurance is convenient too. As an HR, I appreciate being able to edit other teammates' details and leaves. Personio is very user-friendly and easy to understand. Even though there have been many changes over the years, the UI remains simple and doesn't feel tough at all. The initial setup was straightforward because of how easy the UI is.

It helps me by sending personalized notifications over the homepage and email for employees' birthdays and work anniversaries. I also appreciate that Personio allows customization according to the organization's requirements, like adding leave categories, policies, and integration with other applications. As an employee, it's super useful too, since I can find all employment-related information in one place. The setup was incredibly easy because Personio's pages and formats are easy to use, set up, and understand.
