What I like most is that it mostly stays out of my way. As a day-to-day user, I barely think about HR admin anymore: booking time off takes a few clicks, my remaining balance is right there on the same screen, and I can see when it’s been approved without having to chase anyone. Documents are the same story. My contract, payslips, and certificates all live in one place that I can open whenever I need, instead of emailing People Ops and waiting a day. The interface deserves praise, too. Nobody had to “train” me on it—I found my way around on day one—and it’s stayed quick and reliable since then, even around payday when everyone’s pulling up payslips at the same time. To be straightforward about the survey’s other angles: I’m a regular user, not the person who configures it or pays the bill, so I can’t really speak to ROI or the admin setup, and I haven’t used the AI features enough to judge them. But for the parts I touch every day, it’s one of the least annoying business tools I use—which, for HR software, is saying a lot.

I find the clarity and usability of Personio really good. It offers transparency and enables quick data access for all involved, which saves us a lot of time. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and the process was very well supported.
