What I value most is being able to review payroll before submitting it and see exactly what we need to fund for direct deposits and taxes. We run payroll weekly with multiple pay rates, reimbursements, and occasional corrections, so the previews and payroll liability reports are especially useful. My biggest frustration is the lack of proactive updates on tax corrections. We had an amendment submitted in September with a six-to-eight-week estimate, but I had to contact support again to learn that it was still in progress. Clear case tracking, an assigned contact, and automatic progress updates would help.
