RUN emphasizes ease of use, quick setup, and straightforward payroll and compliance, making it ideal for owners or small teams with limited HR complexity. 
ADP Workforce Now supports more complex payroll requirements, advanced benefits administration, configurable workflows, and deeper reporting and analytics, making it better suited for growing, multi-location, or multi-state companies.
