ADP RUN is designed for small businesses (generally under 50 employees) that need simple, fast payroll with basic HR and benefits features, while ADP Workforce Now is built for mid-sized organizations that require a more robust, scalable HR and payroll all-in-on solution. RUN emphasizes ease of use, quick setup, and straightforward payroll and compliance, making it ideal for owners or small teams with limited HR complexity.
ADP Workforce Now supports more complex payroll requirements, advanced benefits administration, configurable workflows, and deeper reporting and analytics, making it better suited for growing, multi-location, or multi-state companies.
