What I particularly like about Personio is its simple and clear operation. Vacation, illness, and other absences can be recorded quickly and easily. The time tracking is also practical, as the recorded times are directly adopted, and you don't have to wait for approval or verification by others. I also find the team calendar very helpful, as you can directly see when colleagues are present or absent. Additionally, it's convenient to upload documents and centrally manage important information. Overall, Personio simplifies many everyday processes and provides a good overview. For employees with irregular working hours, such as our tent camp setup and takedown crew, time tracking can be somewhat cumbersome. Since working hours are often initially noted on paper and only later entered into Personio, additional coordination effort may arise. If times are not correctly recorded in the system, our HR managers have to check and possibly initiate an update.
