I like that personio presents a single source of truth for the HR system, it also provides a decent UI that helps find all the data that I need as an employee. Finally, I appreciate the simple fact that it "just works", it doesnt need too much finnicking, and whenever I need something I am able to just find it and use it. I dont have anything specific which I dislike, I find the only thing preventing me from rating it less is the lack of a "wow" factor, it works and thats personally enough for me, but it didn't really shock me.
