I like the interface of RUN Powered by ADP; it's easy to locate items. I also appreciate that ADP offers services like establishing a new tax ID in another state. I do not like that if I call to speak with someone, it is hard for me to get good information through them on what I need help with. I feel the agents are not confident in telling me the advice I am asking for.
