What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is having payroll, HR, time tracking, and benefits in one system. Running payroll across multiple entities and states is straightforward, and the automatic tax filings and compliance updates save me a lot of time. The reporting tools make it easy to pull payroll registers, PTO balances, and audit reports. Employee self-service also cuts down on routine questions, since employees can see their pay stubs, W-2s, and time off on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is that the interface can feel outdated and isn’t always intuitive. Some tasks take too many clicks, and finding certain settings or reports takes time until you learn where everything is. Custom reports have a learning curve. Customer support can also be slow, and you don’t always get the same representative, so you have to explain the issue again. Pricing isn’t very transparent, and add-on features can raise the cost.
