What do you dislike about greytHR?

1. The key areas that could be improved in GreytHR are the user interface and ease of navigation, as some processes are not very intuitive and require multiple steps.

2. The response time for resolving queries could also be faster, particularly for issues that impact payroll, attendance, and leave management.

3. At times, certain configurations or system limitations are not clearly communicated upfront, which can lead to additional follow-ups.

What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

GreytHR has helped us streamline and centralize key HR processes, including employee data, attendance, leave, payroll, and payslips. With self-service features, employees can independently apply for leave, regularize attendance, and access payslips, reducing routine HR queries and manual follow-ups by approximately 30–40%. Moving from manual/spreadsheet-based processes to a centralized system has also reduced administrative effort by around 4–5 hours per week. Real-time reports and centralized employee records have improved data visibility and reduced time spent on preparing HR reports.
