I also really appreciate that it just works without needing any additional thought. The money tab, insurance tab, and the insurance options we can provide our employees make everything simpler. With employees in 10 states, it's a relief to rely on TriNet as an expert to ensure we comply with state-specific laws and regulations, giving us peace of mind. I like that their time tracking feature allows employees to self-service, making it easy for managers to review and edit as needed. Being a small organization, they have also assisted us in finding suitable insurance options. TriNet has simplified our payroll process, significantly reducing the time it takes to prepare and process it over the past few years. The initial setup was hiccuped by emails going to quarantine, but besides that, it was exceptional. Their onboarding team was well organized, knowledgeable, efficient, and provided all the support we needed. **What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?** We had issues with the employee review platform they have, so we didn't adopt it (when we tried it out a few years ago - it may have improved since). It wasn't really user-friendly. Another area of improvement is that company admins need visibility into all the tickets submitted for the organization to see what issues employees are reporting and ensure they're being resolved in the expected timeframe. Additionally, their time tracking platform is separate from payroll, requiring us to download a report from the time tracking platform and then upload it to payroll; they could make that a seamless experience. **What problems is TriNet PEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** TriNet handles onboarding, offboarding, and time tracking while ensuring compliance across states. I also like the perks that TriNet includes which is a really nice bonus for everyday shopping. **What do you dislike about TriNet PEO?** I do not like having to authenticate with my phone randomly. It isn't very consistent with when do I have to put in a authentication code, it seems to be random and also inconvenient to have to pull up my phone to send a verification code. Although sometimes the nested menu items can be difficult to find exactly what I'm looking for. The application is quick to load with no loading issues. Setting up my deposit preferences is easy and intuitive. Reporting time off is also easy.
