Keka works as our single source of truth for people data across a 250+ person team spread over four countries. Having employee records, attendance, leave and payroll in one place means my HR team isn't reconciling spreadsheets every month. Payroll runs smoothly, and the employee self-service is clean enough that most routine queries never reach HR. Custom reporting is limited. Anything beyond the standard reports usually means exporting data and building it ourselves in spreadsheets. Keka also doesn't support multi-country payroll and compliance, so for our US and Thailand teams we run separate providers alongside it, which adds reconciliation work.
