**What do you like best about Survicate?**

I love this platform for its user friendly interface and easy onboarding process. This platform supports all necessary features to create a survey form from template and can also be used its AI to create a form. The survey creation by just importing a survey by pasting on the survey form makes this platform even easier to use. Other than this, this platform capability to integrate with salesforce, Zapier, Slack etc makes this platform more robust and powerful. The research hub platform is also really good ensuring decision making process more reliable and informed. I also love the capacity of this platform to add widget. I also love the fact that this platform supports various language to create surveys ensuring better reach  of the targeted population. The workspaces also allows co-ordination in  the team. I am also satisfied with the security of this platform. The platform also allows controlling the time frame for respondents to see the next survey with its throttling feature, It enhances better control over the reach of the survey. I love the overall performance of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the price was little bit lower. I also feel that a little demo would be needed for user to be very effective in using this platform. A little more customization freedom to the user would also be better. Frankly the AI of this platform was really good but more can be done with improvement in its capabilities like auto creation of templates with a prompt.

This platform really assist in creating surveys, distributing and analyzing. Its Integration capabilities also boost productivity of the task and improves decision making results. It improves decision making capabilities with the feedback analysis from surveys. Very good surveys can be created by using this platform.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

I like Survicate because it makes it easy to create and share surveys. It doesn’t take much time to set everything up, and I was able to start collecting responses very quickly. The user interface and dashboard are also simple to understand, and I appreciate how the results are presented clearly without feeling confusing. I also like the interactive elements, such as the speedometer-style percentage display. Overall, it feels like a straightforward tool that gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

One thing I found a bit confusing at first the survey logic and conditions. It looks like a tricky and complex type form, but it took some time to understand how the questions flow based on responses. Also, a bit more flexibility in customization would make it even better. Other than that, the tool works well for basic feedback collections.

Survicate helps me understand customer feedback in a simple, quick way. Before using it, it was hard to know what users actually thought, but surveys make things much easier and clearer. The biggest benefit for me is being able to collect feedback effortlessly and view all the results in one place. It also saves me time because setting up a survey is fast and straightforward. Another feature I like is that it provides a QR code along with a link. Overall, it makes it easier to make better decisions based on real user feedback.

I really like Survicate's outstanding ease of use and flexible survey customization, which fits perfectly with our daily market research work at our consumer goods manufacturing company. The intuitive interface allows our team to design professional, branded surveys quickly without needing advanced technical skills or lengthy training. We can easily adjust question types, tailor content for different customer groups, and align surveys with our brand style for both end consumers and retail partners. Another major advantage is the seamless multi-channel distribution. We can share surveys through emails, web links, and embedded forms, making it simple to reach audiences across different touchpoints and improve response rates. Our initial setup with Survicate was smooth, intuitive, and hassle-free, even with limited dedicated IT support.

While Survicate serves our core customer feedback and market research needs very well, there are a few noticeable areas that could be optimized. First, the advanced branding and design customization options are somewhat limited. Although we can add basic logos and colors, we lack deeper styling controls to fully match our corporate design standards across all survey elements. Secondly, the advanced data filtering and cross-analysis functions feel restricted. We often need to segment feedback by customer region, product line, or sales channel to support internal reporting. The current tool lacks in-depth custom filtering and cross-tabulation features, forcing us to export raw data and complete detailed analysis manually in spreadsheets.

It has a very native UX and UI, which makes it easy to get onboarded and quickly feel comfortable using it. The functionality is great overall. I especially like the visualization of the logic and how clearly the questions are connected.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

We’ve already raised this with the team, and I feel confident a workaround will be available soon. That said, I’d still like to see more options to filter responses based on Braze attributes. The widget option is nice, but it feels very manual and takes extra effort to manage.

Seamles integration with Braze and response rate that we never managed to reach leading people outside of our app with SurveyMonkey.

As someone who is drawn to visual aesthetics, the platform is not very attractive or interactive. The plans are at the higher end or the price scale.

It helps me to generate surveys and analyze the data quickly. If I am unable to draft the questions myself the AI feature is used and I have the ability to make adjustments or add my own questions to the listing.

Distribute, analyze and Act on feedback, has provided us with increase in survey responses, Helped us analyze and place the information into graphs and reports, and made it a lot earsier to pin point areas where we have had to work

I would love to have this integtration in Whatsapp as well since many of our clients are whatsapp users

It is saving our anylists ample amount of time by doing the data sortation, and that time is used in acting on feedback 
Surveys are distributed targeting the correct audience and has more responce rate then any other survey site we have used. 
The survey can be received by our clients in their phones which is way faster to respond for them

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

I confess that I had a difficult streak with the survey platforms: most were very expensive, too much to use or simply didn’t give me the data I needed. Since I started using Survicate I was hooked from the beginning, how easy it integrates with everything and how simple it is to start using it. It was the most intuitive thing to create effective surveys without being an expert, just by writing "I want to know how users feel after onboarding", the AI put together a survey ready to launch, with questions that went straight to the point. Not to mention the support: they give you a real conversation, and respond quickly and solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

The truth is that I did not encounter major flaws. The tool always worked wonderfully, without those drops or errors that give you a headache. Surveys load in seconds and information is always available. The truth is that it’s one of those tools you can rely on, without fear of unpleasant surprises.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were stuck with the low completion rate of a key form on the web. Despite optimizing everything, the problem continued. We decided to use a Survicate abandonment survey with a simple question: "Is there anything stopping you from completing your registration today?". The response was strong: users were concerned about the privacy of their phone number. With this information, we only had to add a short text explaining why we asked for this data. In a couple of weeks, the completion rate improved significantly. It was a very simple solution, which we found thanks to the direct feedback from users.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

I use Survicate to obtain NPS scores from our customers and I really like its ease of use. It integrates directly and seamlessly with our Zendesk usage. The team at Survicate is also very good and quick at resolving any questions or issues that arise, which is rare. Survicate works silently and automatically in the background for us. The initial setup was also very easy with little to no coding required.

We have a limit on the number of NPS feedback scores we can obtain in a month.

I like how friendly the user interface is and how easy it was to get onboarded and create my first survey. I also like the many customization options that are available when setting up the survey.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Some things about the UX/UI are not super intuitive — for example, it wasn't immediately clear how to update a live/active survey once I've made changes. Also, I would expect the Analyze tab to have more options ideally (such as filtering by completeness).

We user Survicate because it allows us to display a multi-question survey as an overlay on our main app screen through Braze, for a native user experience that makes responding to a survey fun and less intrusive.

My experience with Survicate has been very positive. The platform has empowered our team to create on-brand, in-app surveys that feel like a natural part of our user experience. The ability to customize the look and feel is a significant advantage, ensuring consistency with our branding. Furthermore, creating and sharing toolkits with my team has streamlined our survey process, making collaboration much more efficient and consistent. The overall reporting structure gives us clear insights into the data we collect.

The standout feature for me is the deep customization available for in-app surveys. While the reporting is solid, I'd like the AI to be smart enough to analyze our results and recommend concrete paths forward based on the feedback we've received.

Survey design is easy, and the team’s support is good. The overall process feels simpler, and the user experience is included in a way that makes it straightforward to work with. Surveys can be created and implemented easily using the tools provided. I’m not a frequent user, but I’ve been trying the software for some time and have found it approachable so far.

The premium version is really pricey and the added functions are not explained well. Not much to dislike other than that because i haven't utilise it to it's full

We haven't found a both way pathway to connect survicate and back to salesforce for NPS, so there was a little bit of manual work. (We were looking to just keep NPS at 1 important question to capture emails and customer account and feed customer name for analysis)

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

When I joined the company, my team was already using Survicate, so I didn't need to go through the implementation process.

I create new surveys and monitor previous surveys weekly.

Survicate offers a wide range of survey customization options. I've always been able to create my surveys in the format I want.

It has a wide variety of question types and logic that allows me to segment the audience responding to my survey.

Another highlight of Survicate is that it's very easy and intuitive to use. You can create a survey very quickly. It also has several integrations, which greatly helps me track the users who responded to the survey.

The support is excellent, whenever I needed it I was very well attended to.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Survicate is very easy to use and very useful. You can create general logic and even more complex logic.

However, if you need to apply complex logic, it's easy to get lost in the logic options. The interface doesn't provide much detail when you need to apply complex logic, which wastes a lot of time creating surveys with complex logic.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create quick surveys to gain insights and learn which opportunities to pursue.

Price - that was the decision maker for us - we do not have a huge number of respondents
Integrations - Marketo and Salesforce work great
Support - super responsive, deals with issues. Goes extra mile.
I like a lot insights feature - saves time running the responses through AI to get an analysis.

Missing integration with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Confidentiality - users have access to all surveys. You create a space - that is  extra cost. 
You cannot choose to only receive finished surveys.

It was useful to use Survicate to make and send surveys, thanks to the easy-to-use interface, we can use them with different types of questions and different layouts in a matter of minutes. Thanks to its adaptability, Survicate can meet all of our requirements. It was the greatest option because it is an integrated solution that has helped us gather and analyze client feedback.

We’ve been much better at taking customer feedback into account and implementing changes to improve their experience. Emails and phone calls were our main methods of collecting feedback, but we didn’t always get the result we wanted. Now after a purchase, a meeting with the support, or the use of a new capacity, among other important events in the customer’s life cycle, we can organize surveys to be sent automatically through Survicate. We can collect real-time information and respond quickly to improve the consumer experience. We have been able to fine-tune our focus on customer success through the insights provided by analytics.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

The interface is very user friendly, and I love the varios customizations options , such as creating custom audiences , the smart question logic (which recently updated) , and the ease of survey creation, along with integrations with other tools. The survey report is easy to understand and visually appeling .

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Some audience options dont allow uploading a list with the IDs I want to consider, so I have to add them one by one. It would also be helpful to have warning when the audiencia settings seem incorret *(like when I mistakenly used only AND instead of OR and got no responses). Additionally, alerts for very similar audiences could help merge them if need. 

The data analysis could be more comprehensive. The report is good but quite simple - having built in insights on segmentations per responses, profiles, etc, would be healpful.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes easy to collect user feedback, and insights quickly and efficiently, helping me to understand audience behavior and needs. Also, it helps me to recruit participants for interview and usability tests. With segmentation and customization options, I can target surveys to specific audiences, ensuring more relevant responses. I use it to roll CSATs, CES, to do fake doors tests, and understand if the feature is helping or has any bugs, things like that.

The tool does the job well for me - it allows for creating and running in-product surveys to collect user feedback. The survey wizard is easy to use, it offers templates as well as robust customization options for all kinds of end users. Their Customer Support is the cherry on top - always helpful and very responsive! 
I was using this tool for some time a couple of years ago, and I came back to it when I had a chance to choose a survey tool in my current company - and I'm generally pretty picky!

I don't think there's much I dislike. Advanced targeting can be tricky, but that's understandable, and the Customer Support is willing to help.

Survicate is a pretty straightforward and easy to use survey tool. This allows product, marketing and CS teams within our company to set up and run their own surveys with little to no assistance from the market research team. It doesn't allow very complex routing or intricate quotas, but for simple to moderate complexity surveys it's great!
Also, we can easily integrate it with internal systems, so we can extract and report on NPS number in a single platform. 
Also, their customer support is very quick at responding and helpful.

If it would have more advanced functioalities & advanced analytics, we would be able to use it for complex surveys as well.

The AI survey generator is a remarkable tool that works like magic! The vast array of combinations available for survey creation is incredibly helpful, and the user interface makes it easy to accomplish tasks. The exceptional customer support provided is nothing short of inspiring.
Fantastic to have automated reporting emailed weekly to everyone who needed it, and the implementation was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Companies must have the option to customize the pre-set C-Sat survey. They should have the freedom to change the wording and valuation to suit their unique needs. For instance, setting 1 as Excellent and 5 as Poor could be more appropriate for some companies. Moreover, having the ability to add or remove questions from an existing survey without losing the responses is essential. The main objective is to monitor the business's performance, not a specific question. Therefore, companies should have the power to make changes to their existing survey throughout the year without having to report on different surveys. Companies must have all their data in one place to make informed decisions.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We where struggling on getting any kind of contructive feedback from customers using Zendesk default survey. Also we werent able to do any customizations nor getting proper reporting on all that information. Being able to set custom made survey for each of our customers (we work with multiple business and provide support to their customers) was key to bring the end user a more personalized experience, and make sure we would make the correct questions to each audience, and have a proper reporting for each business allows to be more transparent on how we are performing and what customers are complaining about.

Sometimes the survey doesn't launch or we have to have a least one answer to show to the public

We don't have to select the people that will receive the survey one by one, we just send it on the website and they'll receive and answer. Also, the insights are helpful

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

Very usable. It just makes sense, you don't need an extensive onboarding to use it. It is the perfect balance of customizable but standardized so you don't have to overwork it but can still make it on brand. Also, the customer support is on another level of excellent. They are always available, kind, quick, and helpful. This alone would make me stay a customer longer.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

The only challenge I have is with the HubSpot integration. I wish it was a bit more seamless in practice, but not a huge drawback.

We can reach out customers and potential customers in a much easier and more professional way.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

Very easy survey creation, user-friendly and intuitive menu, a variety of available question types, well-implemented filtering, and response conditioning. Extensive options for diverse survey targeting, always available and helpful support.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

With Survicate, you pay based on the number of surveys per year. However, the counter also includes partially completed surveys, which cannot be considered in the analysis. This isn't entirely fair. The problematic issue is transferring surveys from one workspace to another—you have to request support each time for this.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Survicate, we measure user satisfaction and conduct simple surveys to explore our customer base.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

Its very simple to set up and build surveys. The Support team are very responsive when you have queries and very easy to get hold of - fantastic service.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

While analytics are clear for individual surveys, there is no way to aggregate results across all surveys to see what the average  conversion rate is for example. The data presentation is a little limited and I would like to see more stats in the dashboards.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Survicate allows us to deep dive into the performance of individual features on our platform and benchmark these against other - this allows us to improve service by identifying areas where we can spend time to have the most impact

Survicate has been widely used in my organization. It easily integrates with slack and also has a clean UI for making surveys

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Would be good to have something for cleaning data on the spot in survicate. Also, to give under analytics how many people dropped off in the middle of the survey, etc.

In the Saas business we need to ensure customer satisfaction and we conduct multiple surveys throughout the lifecycle of the customer. Each survey response helps us identify the sentiment of the user and engage with them timely.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

We use Survicate for complex user surveys about our industry and product, as well as simple surveys such as NPS scores. We love the Intercom integration which makes it easy to get the surveys in front of our users right in our product, rather than sending by email where they are easily missed. The analytics tool has just what we need to review and filter results. The customer support is very fast to respond and has always been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

We've been unable to integrate with Marketo which has made it hard to send surveys via email in the ways we'd like.

Surivcate is helping us learn about our users and our industry and aggregate the results in one place.

No real downside at this point except that it doesn't seem that we can send outbound messages directly from Survicate. We have to send from a different platform (i.e. CRM)

Navigating their help center can sometimes be challenging. The information isn't always organized intuitively, making it difficult to quickly find specific solutions or detailed guidance on more complex issues. That said, as I mentioned if we ever run into an issue, the support team have always been fantastic.
