I confess that I had a difficult streak with the survey platforms: most were very expensive, too much to use or simply didn’t give me the data I needed. While Survicate is strong in its core survey features, I find the AI capabilities could be more in-depth. I wish the AI was more of a partner in the survey creation process. For instance, it would be incredibly helpful if AI could assist in drafting questions, offering suggestions to eliminate biased wording, and providing a deeper analysis of potential survey outcomes before launch. While the reporting is solid, I'd like the AI to be smart enough to analyze our results and recommend concrete paths forward based on the feedback we've received.
