How many responses per month should I choose?
Deciding how many responses per month you need can be challenging, but we're here to make it easier. Here are our average response rates based on real data from our customers. You can use them to calculate how many people need to see your survey for you to achieve the desired number of responses:
Web surveys: 10% response rate
In-product surveys: 16% response rate
Mobile surveys: 30% response rate
Email surveys: assume a 20% open rate and a 20% click rate
So, for example, to achieve 250 responses, you'll typically need to reach 3,125 people via web surveys, 1,563 in-app, 833 through your mobile app, or send 6,250 emails, considering a 20% open and 20% click rate.

How do you count responses?
We count responses on a per-respondent basis. When surveys consist of multiple questions, it doesn’t matter if the respondent replies to just one question or all of them. It will qualify as one response in both instances. This means both partial and full responses are recorded for you to analyze.
What is your cancelation, upgrade, and refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the new billing cycle begins, and then your account will switch to the Free plan. This means that the Free plan limits will apply; you can unarchive surveys with up to 300 responses and collect up to 25 responses per month.
Upgrades are effective immediately, and you’ll be charged the prorated difference between plans.
We don’t offer refunds, so make sure to terminate your subscription before the new billing cycle starts.
How do the Advanced plans work?
Advanced Plans (Pro, Volume, and Enterprise) are designed for businesses that need customized survey solutions with high response limits, deeper integrations, and advanced security. These plans have flexible pricing based on several key factors:
Pro Plan – Ideal for businesses running surveys across multiple touchpoints, offering custom response pools and advanced automation and analysis.
Volume Plan – Best for companies handling high survey response volumes each month, providing cost-effective scalability.
Enterprise Plan – Tailored for large organizations needing enterprise-grade security, compliance, and custom integrations.

What if I exceed the limit of responses on my plan?
It depends on your plan:
Starter Plan – You have the option to enable overages, meaning you can continue collecting responses beyond your limit for an additional cost.
Growth & Advanced Plans – Once you hit your response limit, your surveys will stop collecting responses. To keep gathering feedback, you’ll need to upgrade your plan or purchase additional responses.
Are taxes included in the price?
Additional taxes may apply if you’re not a registered business. If you are a business registered in Poland, we will add 23% VAT.
What payment methods can I use to pay for Survicate?
You can pay using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. For plans paid upfront for the year, we also offer bank transfer payments, for which we charge a small accounting fee. Other than that, we do not charge any transaction fees. Payments can be made in USD, EUR, GBP, or PLN.
How does the free trial work?
Survicate free trial is a no-strings-attached taste of our Growth plan. For 10 days, or until you collect 25 survey responses, you can enjoy all the Growth plan features, without needing to provide a credit card.
Once the trial ends, your surveys will be disabled. But don’t worry; you can either continue with our Free plan (which lets you collect up to 25 responses per month, with a total limit of 300 responses per survey and a 1000 per organization), upgrade to our paid plans, or chat with our Sales team for a custom offer.

Yes! Our Free Plan is perfect for getting started with surveys at no cost. It includes:

When you sign up, you’ll automatically start with a 10-day free trial of our Growth Plan. After that, your account will switch to the Free Plan unless you choose to upgrade.
What is the difference between the free plan and the free trial?
The Free Trial is a 10-day preview of our Growth Plan, letting you test all its premium features and collect up to 25 responses.
The Free Plan is available indefinitely and allows you to continue using Survicate with limited features and responses.
The free trial offers 25 total responses with unlimited active surveys, CRM, and advanced integrations for ten days. During this period, you can add unlimited team members and enjoy unlimited data retention.
Our Free plan, which doesn't have a time limit, provides 25 responses per month with one active survey. It includes basic CRM integrations, a 30-day data retention period, and collaboration with up to three team members.

What happens when my free trial ends or my subscription expires?
If your free trial ends or your paid plan expires without renewal, you’ll be automatically moved to the Free Plan. Here’s what changes:
You can collect up to 25 responses per month across all active surveys
You can have 1 active survey at a time
You retain access to basic CRM integrations
Your data is stored for 30 days
Some features will be inaccessible. You can find a detailed list of features available in the Free plan under the “See All Features” button.
