What do you dislike about Survicate?
The main pain points are missing location‑based filtering and limited service‑specific reporting. I cannot instantly split survey feedback between our downtown and suburban pet wellness locations. Bulk exports often require heavy manual sorting when I compare grooming against boarding client opinions. Since we have no dedicated in‑house IT, I spend hours reorganizing response data. This eats into time I should spend coordinating caregiving staff and improving real‑time pet‑care service quality for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering Survicate:
To enhance Survicate's utility for multi-site operations, consider integrating location-based analytics and more detailed service-specific reporting. This would allow for seamless feedback segmentation across different branches and reduce the manual effort required for data sorting. Additionally, providing a more robust IT support system could alleviate the burden on teams without dedicated technical resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survicate eliminates our old messy feedback process built around manual emails and basic form tools. Previously, sending follow‑ups to every pet‑owner after appointments was slow, and many client comments got lost in scattered spreadsheets. Now surveys launch automatically after grooming or boarding visits, reliably capturing client experience input. We can spot broad service pros and cons, helping guide internal improvements. Even so, exported raw data still needs manual editing before I can finalize actionable client‑experience deliverables for our leadership review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
