I support NPS campaigns that we record in Survicate through Intercom popups and email campaigns. Additionally we capture end-of-onboarding surveys to capture timely feedback on how to improve our processes.

One of the features I rely on the most is in-product surveys: asking for feedback while someone is actually using a feature gives me much better answers than sending an email a few days later. People still remember what they were trying to do, what confused them, and why they made a certain decision. The quality of the feedback is on a completely different level. I've also been using Research Hub a lot more than I expected. Instead of going through hundreds of survey responses one by one, I bring together survey results, support conversations, and other customer feedback in the same place. The AI does a great job of grouping similar themes, highlighting recurring issues, and surfacing patterns that would take me much longer to find manually. I also had a good experience with support. We needed help configuring a survey exactly the way we wanted, and instead of giving us a generic answer, they understood what we were trying to achieve and helped us get there without having to come up with workarounds.

Very easy Klaviyo integration with copy/paste email code for NPS surveys. Customer support has been very helpful so far.
