**What do you like best about Survicate?**

Its very simple to set up and build surveys. The Support team are very responsive when you have queries and very easy to get hold of - fantastic service.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

While analytics are clear for individual surveys, there is no way to aggregate results across all surveys to see what the average  conversion rate is for example. The data presentation is a little limited and I would like to see more stats in the dashboards.

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Survicate allows us to deep dive into the performance of individual features on our platform and benchmark these against other - this allows us to improve service by identifying areas where we can spend time to have the most impact

Survicate has been widely used in my organization. It easily integrates with slack and also has a clean UI for making surveys

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Would be good to have something for cleaning data on the spot in survicate. Also, to give under analytics how many people dropped off in the middle of the survey, etc.

In the Saas business we need to ensure customer satisfaction and we conduct multiple surveys throughout the lifecycle of the customer. Each survey response helps us identify the sentiment of the user and engage with them timely.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

We use Survicate for complex user surveys about our industry and product, as well as simple surveys such as NPS scores. We love the Intercom integration which makes it easy to get the surveys in front of our users right in our product, rather than sending by email where they are easily missed. The analytics tool has just what we need to review and filter results. The customer support is very fast to respond and has always been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

We've been unable to integrate with Marketo which has made it hard to send surveys via email in the ways we'd like.

Surivcate is helping us learn about our users and our industry and aggregate the results in one place.

No real downside at this point except that it doesn't seem that we can send outbound messages directly from Survicate. We have to send from a different platform (i.e. CRM)

Navigating their help center can sometimes be challenging. The information isn't always organized intuitively, making it difficult to quickly find specific solutions or detailed guidance on more complex issues. That said, as I mentioned if we ever run into an issue, the support team have always been fantastic.

The notification message for the updates is too often, sometimes it will cover the whole screen and interfere my workflow if I am actively setting up the survey.

The most helpful features about it are:

1. Via Survicate you can build any surveys in minutes using an intuitive drag and drop creator, no coding required.

2. Through Survicate you can automate feedback collection with recurring surveys for a constant stream of valuable insights.

3. You can use your own logo, brand colours and personalised messages to make each survey an extension of your brand.

Features I disliked about it are:

1. The dashboard is too complex and difficult to understand and know all the features and tools available in it.

2. Survicate can have a more dynamic component may allow the users to have the same survey replications while having it respond to various audiences.

3. Survicate lacks advanced functionality, doesn’t provide feedback forums or updates about new features to its users.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

The autogenrated templates allow you to create a survey in under 5 minutes. It is also very easy to use and analyze and is compatible with a host of other integrations.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

The only reason why we would probably not renew with Survicate is due to the difficulty to extract reports in a reader friendly way. You can analyze the surveys on the website but you cant effectively export the results on anything other than a very clunky google sheet. They also constantly change their prices.

Survicate has a lot of customization for designing surveys; it is one of the most demanding survey designing platforms; it has a lot of survey templates for a beginner, and it premium plans offer way more customization options for a business survey and customer survey aspects

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

The thing I disliked about it is that it is a bit costly for a single user as compared to another survey maker in the market, and they should add more templates for their free plan so that a beginner can also design and publish surveys for their customers

Survicate solves a lot of problems. For example, it getting reviews regarding our products, their customer service surveys are great to get proper response from our customers, talking from a business point of views now I can ask my customers what they like in our products and also get feedback on what they want us to add in our product

We still use Survicate as a plugin through Intercom, which allows us to get feedback from customers automatically based on actions they take and how long they've been with us. We still use Survicate to send an email with a feedback survey to any churned customers. That has provided us with some invaluable insights.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

It became a dealbreaker that you can't combine the in-app chat NPS survey with the email version. You need to combine the feedback manually and manually calculate a global NPS score from there. That t was becoming too time-consuming as we scaled. I also didn't like that you couldn't see a change in sentiment over time if the same customer responded to the NPS survey again.

**Recommendations to others considering Survicate:**

This feels like the perfect "intro to feedback survey" tool. If you're trying to run a large-scale feedback operation, you may need to use a more enterprise tool.

We're able to get feedback from our customers in a personalized, yet automated way. The post-mortem survey has helped us drive product changes and win back business.

I recently decided to use survicate over other platforms; here are some of the reasons why:

Incredibly easy-to-use interface. It is pretty much foolproof.
Competitive Pricing. Pricing is super flexible, and the team helps determine what plan works best for you.
Installation is relatively easy (like most other survey products), and documentation for implementation is relevant and concise.
Integrations are a life-saver. I enjoy having the ease of being able to integrate with the tools we have available. There are many integrations, much more than other survey products with a similar price range.
The Support team is incredibly responsive. I had a few calls with them before deciding to go ahead. It was constructive to understand the more complex capabilities that the tool has.
The CSS customiser is quite helpful in making our surveys adapt to the look and feel of the site and makes it look like an extension of our website instead of an imposed element that stands out. (It did required time from our devs to implement those changes)
Survicate Platform is constantly getting updates and new feature releases. The company is looking at ways of optimising its product ad improving customer experience. (Last week, there was a significant change in the UI, and it looks great!)
Workspaces are great. We manage multiple websites, and having different workspaces makes it simple to organise and target specific sites.
Feedback hub is great to bring in feedback from other sources, we use it for our App/Android Store.

Price-Value I can't think of (and couldn't find) a better alternative.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

There has been a few suggestions I've made that could improve the product. The main one is to add more integrations to the "feedback button". We've made it work and are happy with it, but being able to customize how and what sort of data gets sent to Slack on each response would be a big plus (i.e. URL, Device, Browser).

It gives our users a platform to voice their concerns and ideas to us. They often let us know when something is not working correctly and help us find functionality issues and fix them. It brings all of our feedback into a single platform and alerts us when we receive feedback (sometimes, these can be time-sensitive).

The main reason we decided to use Survicate and what we enjoy the most is how customizable the entire survey setup is. From choosing question types and disclaimers, editing the web page background, and adding our company logo, all the way to the actual integration step, Survicate goes above and beyond in terms of its user experience. The ability to create and send as many surveys as we want is also a huge plus and something we did not find with most of the other vendors we were considering. 
Every time we have had any type issue, the Survicate team has been very quick to respond and remediate any problems that we were experiencing and has a very easy chat assistance feature.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

The only item we did not cross off our list in a new survey partner with Survicate was the ability to make questions required to submit the survey. However, because of the way the surveys are set up (the survey isn't one page, it's a progress bar with an opportunity to submit each question one at a time), this setup worked for us anyway. At this time, we don't have any complaints.

Our issue was that we were using a native Salesforce tool for our surveys, and from a user experience perspective, it was horrible. Survicate allowed us to not only create a more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing survey integrated into our emails via Salesforce but also provided much better insight into our responses with their data reporting and analytics page.

The survey creation tool was easy to use and had many question types. Composing the survey questions was straightforward and it was easy to see how the survey would look to participants. Unlike other survey tools I tried (e.g. Typeform) I felt the finished result was a good user experience for recipients. Despite having many questions in the survey the response rate was a lot higher than expected. I reached out to the customer success team for some questions and they were very helpful and friendly.

The platform is very intuitive and super easy to use. I love the templated questions we can start from, or making our own surveys from scratch. The integration with Marketo is beneficial as we can trigger our surveys through Marketo and also kick off follow-up actions based on specific responses.

We can set up our own tags through the survey links, but I wish that was a little more user-friendly. Maybe having a dynamic aspect of the survey so we could maintain one survey copy but have it react differently to our audiences.

We improved our Google rating significantly by heading off negative reviews and asking happy customers to share their experience.

I love that it is fast and straightforward to open an account and get what I need. I needed simple surveys to integrate into my email campaigns. It was a basic need, and I hoped to find a free solution. Within minutes, I had good-looking surveys combined in my emails.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

I like the diversity of survey forms and ease of use. We use Survicate not only to get feedback from our customers but we also use it to improve internal processes and get ideas from the team. Also, guys charge for the number of users who have taken the survey, unlike others who charge for the number of sent surveys.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

It is not that I dislike it, the design is a bit plain. However, everything else is great!

**Recommendations to others considering Survicate:**

Survicate is better than others in its field because they charge per users who took part in the survey, not the number of sent surveys.

Many many features under one roof. You can automate feedback at various steps of funnel. And free version is available.

Complex to understand all of its features. Automation also require a dedicated resource.

I am managing a D2C product, so every time before a new release we ask the audience what is the top most required feature. And after release, we ask about their satisfaction level.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

I enjoy how I can quickly create NPS surveys to attach to Intercom outbound messages and automatically tag users based on results.

I also enjoy the skip logic and custom end page that comes with the Professional plan.

Free users is also very useful for keeping costs set.

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

Visual data analysis is limited with the NPS survey to a donut graph and word map. Further analysis by export would be required, but having the ability to create more visual reports right in the software would be an additional value add.

Survicate allows us to run NPS surveys through Intercom outbound messages, making it easy for our customers to respond and therefore increasing response rates.

**What do you like best about Survicate?**

First of all, I love how customizable the platform is. I'm able to choose my firm's branding, colors, and options for the "submit" button. Lots of options for question formatting and analytics. The Hubspot and SalesForce integrations are great and flow really nicely with both. Also, the customer support team is the best I've seen with a questionnaire tool. They are always so helpful and willing to take any feature requests. Working in software myself, sometimes the best ideas come from your customers!

**What do you dislike about Survicate?**

I wish there was a way to connect my Hubspot survey link to a CTA button instead of a workaround - although that is fairly small. In marketing, Hubspot is EVERYTHING so this would be a nice fix! Also, I'm told that there will soon be a PDF export function that will be super helpful instead of just an excel/CSV export function. Can't wait for that! The biggest thing I'd like to see is a minimum character count in text box answers - we all love complete sentences in surveys!

**What problems is Survicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We instituted Survicate to collect more customer data during the customer journey - at the beginning of onboarding, at six months, at the time of renewal, as well as a way to collect written testimonials. So far, it's been very easy to send out and collect the data and pull quotes! Sometimes, people just dont want to hop on another Zoom or phone call so it's been nice to just shoot an email and have a written option to still have their voice heard. Our sales teams and implementation teams are able to view the results so they are looped in on challenges and successes as well - so it's been a full company insight tool!
