What stood out to fairly quickly was how much functionality sits under one roof without feeling completely overwhelming. We use CRM daily to track leads and manage our pipeline  and it been reliable for keeping visibility across the team. The email automation  is another strong point  setting up follow ups sequence  for prospects has genuinely improved our consistency. I also like the landing page builder.

It's not perfect. The reporting side feel a bit limited, especially when you want deeper commercial insights or more tailored  dashboards I also found the UI slightly unintuitive at the start nothing major but there is a bot of a learning curve when navigating between marketing and sale features

We were juggling separate tools for email campaigns and CRM. Now everything is centralized, which has saved  time and reduced gaps in follow ups . **What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

As a chief sales officer at IA- Sales around 120 people , i spend a lot of time tracking funnel movement , so the sales dashboard and the visual automation Builder stood out quickly. We set up a workflow where new website leads automatically get scored and pushed into the right stage , Lead, Qualified , proposal, and tasks are created for reps similar to what  to what you see in the dashboard with follow ups and proposals. That cut down manual assignment and made our weekly pipeline reviews more grounded in real data.

The UI can feel a bit crowded, especially in the reporting and lead sources sections. Also , the first time setting up automation  took trial and error some logic isn't obvious.

The email automation and CRM pipeline are the big wins for me. Coming from a messy mix of Spreadsheets and Mailchimp, having everything in one place is a relief. I can build a landing page and have the lead automatically drop into my sales funnel without any manual data entry. Its' surprisingly powerful an all in one tool, especially the visual sequences builder which makes setting up follow ups feels very logical.

The interface can feel a bit cluttered, and definitely hit a learning curve with the  automation triggers at first. The reporting features also feel a little rigid  It's a great for basic stats, but pulling very specific, deep data set can be a bit clunky compared to higher end platform.

It solved the falling through the cracks problem. As a solo founder, i don't have time to manually tracks inquiry. After 11 years in marketing, I've grown tired of "Frankenstein" tech stacks. Having the CRM , email automation and landing pages truly integration is a relief. For our legal service workflow, the visual automation builder is the standout. I can trigger a personalized follow ups  the moment a leads downloads a resource without having to babysit  the process. It's intuitive enough that I didn't need a developer to get our first campaigns live

The reporting is a bit rigid for my taste. If I need a very specific data visualization for a high level meeting, I usually end up expecting to a CSV to finish the job manually. Also, the UI feel a little cluttered at first. My team hit a bit of a learning curve during the first two weeks just trying to remember where certain setting were buried.

**What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

We started using EngageBay mainly for email campaigns, but honestly the landing page builder ended up being the most useful for us. I run campaigns for our SaaS products and earlier we used to depend on developers even for small changes. With EngageBay, I can quickly create a landing page, connect a form and push traffic from ads or Whatsapp without waiting on anyone. 

What I like is it's not complicated. The drag and drop is simple and I can duplicate pages for different campaigns (like offers, demos, etc) and just tweak the content. We have used it for demo booking pages, free trial pages and even some quick campaign pages during offers. It does the job without overthinking

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

The templates are decent but not very modern looking sometimes, so I usually end up customizing them. Also, a bit more flexibility in design (spacing, fonts, etc) would make it even better.

Mainly speed and dependency. Earlier, launching a campaign landing page used to take 2-3 days. Now can I can do it in a few hours myself. It also helped us keep everything in one place, landing pages, forms, contacts and follow-ups. So we do not lose leads or forget to respond.

Honestly, the main thing for me is having everything in one place. Earlier I was using emails, spreadsheets, and a couple of other tools and it was getting confusing to manage. 

With Engagebay, I mostly use contacts, email campaigns and landing pages. The landing pages are pretty straightforward to setup, and I like that when someone fills a form, it just goes directly into the CRM without me doing anything. 

Email sequences have been really helpful for follow-ups. Once I set it up, I don't have to keep remembering to send emails manually, which was a big headache before.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

In the beginning, I did find automation a bit confusing. It's not very hard, but it took me sometime to understand how everything connects. 

Also, sometimes you have to try things once or twice to get it right. But after that it works fine.

**What problems is EngageBay All-in-One Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, I was managing leads in spreadsheets and email inbox and things used to slip somethings. Now leads come in through landing pages and automatically get added and follow-ups are handled through sequences. That alone saved me a lot of time.

I also use the lead scoring part a bit, it helps to see who is actually engaging with mails, so I can focus more on those leads. Overall, it made things more organized and reduce a lot of manual work for me.

I have been using EngageBay for our business. I like how easy it is to create forms. I have created a couple of forms so that our website visitors can submit their details. The setup was very much easier than I expected. Once someone fills the form their info shows up directly in the CRM, so we do not have to track things manually or check emails all the time. Moreover, it sends confirmation emails automatically

The form builder is decent, but design wise it's a bit basic. If you want very polished or highly branded forms, it takes some adjustments. For me, its okay though.

Before this, we were getting inquiries from different places and it was hard to keep track. Now everything come through forms and stays in one place. we also added simple auto replies, so people get a quick response even if we are not available. It's made things more organized for us and saves time daily.

I've been using EngageBay for about two years now while running a small professional training and coaching company we've around 20 people and i end up in it a few times a week mainly for email campaigns. I like  the email sequences builder it's tagging and segmentation are also useful i usually tag people based on the program on the program they joined, then send follow ups tailored to that. The templates save time too even if i tweak them a lot.

The email editor can feel a bit clunky when adjusting spacing and reporting isn't always as detailed as I'd like.

I appreciate EngageBay most because it combines several tools into one platform. Managing contacts, tracking deals, and sending email campaigns can all be done in the same place. Before using it, a lot of things were spread across spreadsheets and email threads, so it was easy to miss follow-ups.

The automation features are also helpful. Even simple workflows like sending follow-up emails or adding contacts to a list save a lot of manual effort. The dashboard is fairly straightforward and it didn't take long to get comfortable using it.

One more feature that I like is the landing page builder as it is quite useful. It's simple to setup pages for campaigns or lead capture without needing a lot of technical work.

Some parts of the system take a bit of time to explore, especially if you are setting up more detailed workflows. Once you understand how things are connected, it works well but the first setup can take some trial and error and their customer support sucks as they use chat bot that gives the same answer always. With EngageBay everything is in one place, so it is easier to see conversations, deals and follow-ups.

I also use the email automation for basic follow-ups and it saves me time. The interface is quite simple and I was able to start using it without much learning and it was easy to implement.

The very first thing that I like most of EngageBay is  that it keeps the entire client history in one place. When a new inspection request comes in, I can quickly create a contact, track conversations and move the opportunity through my pipeline. It helps me see exactly where each request stands, whether it's at the proposal stage, scheduled inspection or report delivery. 

The automation features have also been helpful. I setup simple workflows for follow-ups so I don't forget to respond to clients after sending proposals. It saves time because reminders and emails are triggered automatically instead of me remembering everything manually.

The only thing I feel that can be improved is reporting. The current reports are useful but I sometimes wish there were a few more customizable analytics options to track performance across different services types.

**What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

I use EngageBay mainly for setting up basic automations for follow-ups and routine tasks. For example, when a new lead comes in , I have a simple flow that sends an email and creates a task for me to follow up. It save me from doing the same steps manually every time. The automation builder is not too complicated and once it's set, it just runs in the background saving time and making my life easier.

It took me a bit of time to understand how the workflows connect, especially in the beginning. Also making small edits sometimes requires going through the steps.

Earlier, I used to forget some follow-ups or delay responses. Now, with automations in place, things move on time without me having to track everything manually. It helps me stay consistent with leads and day-to-days tasks.

The best thing I like about EngageBay platform is how it combines CRM marketing automation email campaigns and sales pipeline management and even customer support tool all under a single unified platform it also reduces the need for handling multiple disconnected tools which extremely makes our day to day operations very easier for our team to manage you their interface is also very user friendly specifically for small and mid-sized team business such as ours who wants an enterprise style capabilities without a much of a complex learning curve their automation workflows contact segmentation email marketing tools and deal tracking over the entire sales life cycle or very much useful in particular overall this help does in lead nurturing and sales follow up I also like that this platform offers a strong value for the price charge in this specific space when compared with other CRM competitors.

Though this platform is feature reached some of their advanced customization options and deeper reporting capabilities should be improved sometimes automation or workflow configurations take bit of a time to understand on setting up on a complex customer their mobile experience is decent but still they need to polish a lot in terms of speed and navigation when compared with other desktop versions integrations are Deepak some 3rd party apps and tools but it should be expanded in their ecosystem as well.

This platform helps us by solving the problem of handling centralised customer management marketing campaign lead tracking and support operations bringing everything under a single ecosystem instead of managing separate tools for email marketing CR and automation this platform allows our team to operate more effectively from a secondary group overall thousands has improved our visibility into our sales funnel streamline customer communication and help automating or repetitive task like follow ups emails lead assignment and campaign which overall saves a lot of time and increase the productivity as well.

The email builder is straightforward, and the automation workflow saves us time on follow ups. The deal pipeline view is also helpful we can quickly see where project stand with digging around.

At XoomEnergy, we use EngageBay's   Visual Automation Builder to auto assign lead by region and trigger follow ups it replaced our manual lead sorting, so reps respond faster  and more consistently. Having CRM, email and pipeline in one place also cuts down tools  switching.

The UI feels a bit crowded at times especially during setup. The reporting dashboard can slow down with larger dataset,, and the API docs weren't very detailed  , so integrations took some trial and error.

Moving from spreadsheets and aa costly CRM that was too complex. EngageBay simplified things and reduce a manual works leads routing and follow ups are  now automate, saving us around 30%of admin time. It's not perfect, but it works well for our  team size.

We usually used EngageBay for Visual Automation Builder to handle incoming leads  auto tagging assigning reps, sending follow ups. Before that we were juggling spreadsheets. Now responses are instant and sales/marketing stay in sync without manual work.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

The initial setup wasn't exactly smooth. The UI feels slow at the beginning, and finding setting isn't always obvious. The APWI docs were  also a bit thin, so had to test thing manually, Reporting can slow down with larger datasets.

**What problems is EngageBay All-in-One Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We move from basic tool that couldn't scale. EngageBay brought everything into one places  and cut down repetitive tasks. Setup took a few days, but it now saves us several hours each week.
