What I like most is that it keeps lead management and follow-ups organized without making the process complicated. We use it daily to capture leads, manage deals, send follow-up emails and make calls from the same platform. The automation workflows are helpful for making sure no lead gets missed, especially when handling multiple prospects at the same time. 

The contact timeline is also useful because it shows emails, notes, calls and activities in one place. It saves time when continuing conversations with leads or customers.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

There are a few areas in the UI that could feel smoother, especially while switching between modules or updating records quickly. Sometimes pages  take an extra second to load when working with larger contact lists, but overall it has not created any serious issues for my daily work.

We started using EngageBay mainy to manage inquiry follow-ups and email communication for our business. Earlier we were handling most things manually through email and excel sheets, which became difficult once inquiries started increasing.

The automation part has been genuinely useful for us. We created simple email sequences for quotation follow-ups, reminder emails and inquiry tracking. It saves time because I doesn't have to remember every follow-up manually. 

I also like that contacts, emails, notes and tasks are available in one place. It makes it easier to check previous communication before speaking with a client again.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

Some workflow settings took time to understand in the beginning. A few automations were not very straightforward during setup, especially when trying more detailed conditions. The mobile experience could also be smoother in some areas.

**What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

We mainly use EngageBay for managing contacts and sending follow-up emails. Before using it, we were keeping most things in excel sheets, so it was difficult to track who replied and who needed a follow-up. 

The part I use most is the workflow automation for emails. Once it is seup, it saves a lot of manual work. I also like that I can see previous emails, notes, and tasks inside the same contact profile instead of checking different places. The interface is also easier compared to some other CRM tools I tried earlier.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

Sometimes the system feels a little slow when opening larger contact lists, and performing bulk actions and a few settings took some time for me to understand in the beginning. The email editor can also be improved a bit.

Our follow-ups are much more organized now. Earlier, we used to miss replying to some leads because everything was managed manually. Now the reminders and automated emails help us stay on track.

I am using EngageBay for handling our emails and staying in touch with people in our business and the best part that I like is that everything is in one place. I can see all contacts, send emails and setup follow-ups without switching between different tools 

Setting up automatic follow-up emails is actually quite easy. Once I created a few sequences, I didn't have to worry much after that. It keeps sending messages on time, which helps because earlier we used to forget or delay replies. This has made things more consistent for us. 

Sending emails to a group is also simple. I can organize people into different lists and send emails based on the criteria . The basic stats like who opened the email or clicked on it are also useful to get an idea if things are working or not.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?**

There are a few things that could be better. Sometimes, the system feels a bit slow, especially when there are a lot of contacts. It's not a big issue, but it can get a little frustrating. 

The email designs are okay, but I usually have to adjust them manually to make them look the way I want.

I have been using EngageBay mainly for handling email campaigns and drip sequences for my business. What I like that it doesn't feel too complicated compared to some other tools I've tried.

Setting up email broadcasts is straightforward, and the workflow automation is actually useful once you get the hang of it. I use it to send follow-up emails when someone fills out a form or show interest ,So I don't have to manually track every lead.

The contact management is also well connected with campaigns. Creating lists and filtering contacts based on opens or clicks works fine and helps in targeting the right group.

The interface can feel a bit crowded at times, especially when you have multiple workflows running.  It's not confusing, but it does take some time to get used to. 

Email templates are okay, but if you're someone who wants very detailedd design control, you might feel limited.

I have been using EngageBay for managing leads in my business and it has been quite reliable for day-to-day operations. Most of my usage revolves around contact management, list segmentation, and lead scoring. 

What I like most is how easy it is to organize contacts into different lists based on criteria. This makes it easier to send relevant communication instead of blasting the same message to every one.

The lead scoring feature is another thing I use regularly. It helps me prioritize which enquiries to follow up on first. For example, if someone has opened emails or visited certain pages, I can see that reflected in their score and take quicker action.

The forms and landing pages are easy to setup, so capturing leads from the website didn't take much effort. Once leads come in, they automatically go into lists, and I can segment them based on source or interest, which helps keep things organized. 

The deal pipeline is straightforward, and I like that I can attach tasks and notes directly to each contact or deal. It makes follow-ups more structured instead of relying on memory or separate to-do lists. The task reminders are actually useful as I don't have to constantly check what's pending.

What I like most is the flexibility in building workflows. You can create fairly detailed automations based on user behavior like email opens, link clicks, tag changes or list segmentation. I like how simple it is to segment contacts and organize lists based on tags or engagement. The open and click tracking is also clear enough to quickly see what's wrong and what's not without spending too much time on reports.

We mainly use EngageBay for managing our marketing workflows and email campaigns, and it has been quite reliable for that. The workflow builder is one of the features i use most. It's visual and easy to understand, so settting up automation like lread nurturing, follow-ups, or onboarding sequenes doesn't feel overwhelming. I like that i can create conditions based on user behaviour (like email opens or link clicks) without needing technical knowledge. 

The email broadcast feature is also straightforward. Creating campaigns, segmenting contacts and scheduling emails is pretty smooth. It's not overloaded with unnecessary features, which actually helps when you just want to get campaigns out quickly. Tracking basic metrics like opens and clicks gives enough insight for day-to-day decisions.

We use EngageBay mainly to manage our sales deals and pipeline on a daily basis. What I like is how simple it is to create deals and move them across stages without needing much setup. We have a small team, so having a clear pipeline view helps us quickly understand which deals need attention. I also like that notes and activities can be added directly to each deal, so nothing gets lost during follow-ups

I have been using EngageBay for around 5-6 months now for our career focused platform, mainly to handle email campaigns and manage our contact database. 

What stands out for me is how easy it is to use on daily basis. I usually create 2-3 email broadcasts per week and the process of selecting lists, designing emails and scheduling campaigns is quite smooth. Managing contacts, tagging users based on interest, and checking open/click rates is straightforward and doesnt feel overwheling.

It's helped me stay consistent with email communication without needing a lot of setup or techincal effort

In the beginning, I did spend some time figuring out how automation workflows work. Setting up sequences and conditions was not immediately obvious, especially if you are new to automation tools.

Also, the email builder works well overall, but sometimes making small layout adjustments or spacing changes takes a bit of trial and error.

I have been using EngageBay mainly for email marketing and managing leads, and it has been quite helpful. The biggest advantage for me is having email campaigns, contact management, and automation in one place. Creating email broadcast is simple, and I like that I can quickly segment contacts based on different criteria. 

The automation workflows are also useful. I have setup a few basic sequences for follow-ups and lead nurturing, and it reduces a lot of manual work. The email tracking (opens, clicks) gives a clear idea of how campaigns are performing without needing any external tools.

I've used EngageBay for about a year to keep our recruiting pipeline from turning into a mess. The contact management is the best part I can see exactly when a candidate opens an email without digging through folders. The sequence builder is another bug win. I set up automated follow ups for our property manager roles, so I'm not stunk manually emailing dozens of people  every Tuesday morning. It's intuitive enough that may picked it up without much fuss.

The reporting can be slow. Building a custom dashboard usually takes way more clicks than necessary. Also the landing page templates look a bit dated they work fine, but they  won't win any design awards.

Setting up workflows is quite straightforward. You can define triggers, add actions like sending emails, assigning tasks, or updating deal stages, all in one place. 

Sequences are especially useful for nurturing leads over time. I have created simple email sequences for new inquiries, follow-ups after calls, and even re-engagement campaigns for older contacts. Once setup, everything runs in the background, which reduces the need for manual tracking.

While the overall setup is simple, there is a bit of a learning curve when you start building more detailed workflows with multiple conditions. Sometimes, I feel the logic options could be more flexible, especially for more advanced use cases. Also managing multiple workflows, requires some planning to avoid overlap.

I do use EngageBay for a bit over a year now, mainly  for managing leads and running email campaigns. The CRM is pretty straightforward  i can track deals across stages without getting lost which was an issue for us before. I also like the automation part, setting up follow ups email after a lead fills  a form saves me from chasing manually . The landing page builder is decent to not perfect but gets the work done.

The interface can feel a bit slow at times. mostly when changing between marketing and sales section. Reporting is another area that could be better it works , but i sometimes have to dig around to get the exact data i need.

The automation and workflow feature has been very useful for our day-to-day work. For our business, so there are always multiple leads, and client interactions happening at the same time. Before using EngageBay, a lot of follow-ups were manual and sometimes things would get missed. 

With EngageBay, I setup workflows for lead assignment, follow-up emails, and candidate communication. For example, when a new lead comes in through a form, it automatically gets assigned to a team member and a follow up email is triggered. Similarly, for clients, we use workflows to send reminder and status updates.

What I like is that once these automations are set properly, they work reliably in the background. It reduces manual effort and helps maintain consistency in communication.

Before this we were manually routing leads from spreadsheets. Now it's hand off email trigger, deal get created , and owners are assigned instantly. It's saved us a few hours each week and reduced missed follow ups.

The email template builder takes some getting used to spacing and mobile formatting weren't obvious at first, and  a couples of early campaigns needed fixing Also, The UI feel a bit crowded during the first few days.

As a chief sales officer at IA- Sales around 120 people , i spend a lot of time tracking funnel movement , so the sales dashboard and the visual automation Builder stood out quickly. We set up a workflow where new website leads automatically get scored and pushed into the right stage , Lead, Qualified , proposal, and tasks are created for reps similar to what  to what you see in the dashboard with follow ups and proposals. That cut down manual assignment and made our weekly pipeline reviews more grounded in real data.
