Agentforce Sales has been incredibly helpful in keeping our records, customer data, and sales activity organized in one central place. One of its biggest strengths is how well it supports large organizations, along with the wide range of integrations available, which makes it easy to connect with the other tools we rely on.
That said, for a smaller organization like ours, it can sometimes feel a bit tedious because there are so many features and layers to navigate. Even so, it truly has everything we need, and it has been a very valuable system for keeping our data structured, accessible, and easy to manage across teams. One downside is that the platform can feel fairly cumbersome to use, especially for a smaller organization. With so many features, fields, and workflows, even simple tasks can sometimes take longer than they should. It’s clearly designed with large enterprises in mind, which can make day-to-day use feel more complex than necessary for leaner teams.
Cost is also a major consideration for a smaller organization, particularly when you start adding users, integrations, or advanced features. While the tool is very powerful, the pricing can be hard to justify at times given how much of the overall platform a smaller team realistically ends up using.
There’s also a learning curve for new users. Some processes feel less intuitive than they could be, which can slow adoption and create a need for additional internal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
