## About HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub combines sales engagement tools, AI-powered productivity features, and workflow automation into a unified platform designed to help growing teams close deals faster. Core Value Proposition: Sales Hub addresses common sales challenges: inefficient manual processes that slow deal velocity, fragmented customer information creating incomplete context, and complex software requiring extensive training and ongoing administration. Built on the HubSpot Smart CRM, Sales Hub connects customer data and sales tools in a single unified system. Key Capabilities Sales Engagement Tools: Sales Hub provides email tracking, meeting scheduling, document sharing, and communication templates that streamline prospect interactions and eliminate administrative friction in the sales process. AI-Powered Productivity: The platform includes AI features that automate repetitive tasks, suggest next actions based on deal context, and surface relevant customer insights, helping representatives focus on selling rather than administrative work. Unified Customer View: Because all customer data, communication history, and deal information exists within the Smart CRM, sales representatives see complete context without toggling between systems. This includes visibility into marketing interactions, service tickets, and prior sales conversations. Workflow Automation: Sales Hub automates routine sales processes, ensuring consistent execution without manual coordination. Sales Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike legacy CRM systems functioning primarily as databases requiring extensive customization, Sales Hub includes engagement tools, automation, and AI capabilities as native features rather than add-ons requiring integration. This eliminates the complexity of purchasing separate tools for email tracking, meeting scheduling, document management, and sales analytics. Sales Hub's intuitive interface reduces training time for new team members compared to traditional sales platforms requiring extensive technical knowledge. Teams benefit from fast onboarding, seamless alignment through shared data visibility, and flexible scaling. Who Should Use Sales Hub Sales Hub serves growing sales teams needing to increase productivity without adding headcount, sales representatives requiring complete customer context during buyer conversations, and sales leaders seeking pipeline visibility through unified reporting. The platform scales from small sales teams to enterprise organizations. Outcome Sales Hub helps teams sell smarter, not harder, enabling reps to get richer context and better insights at every step of the buyer journey.

## HubSpot Sales Hub Reviews
 ### 1. The intuitive UI and pipeline visualization are outstanding.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kazuya A. | CISO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like the UI of HubSpot Sales Hub. The process and stage management of deals, as well as pipeline management, are easy, and I use it to visualize the pipeline and manage sales prospects. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There are aspects that do not align with Japanese business practices.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for deal processes, stages, and pipeline management. It helps visualize the pipeline and is also utilized for managing sales prospects.

 ### 2. Everything in One Place to Keep the Team Aligned on Customers and Prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milly R. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that we have everything related to our customers and prospects in one place. It also gives us the option to reach out to them, and it keeps my whole team on the same page about what’s going on with our customers and prospects.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

That a lot of features that are useful might have hidden costs.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is actually a good CRM and a tool for our Sales Team. It brings everything in one place and enable my team members to reach out to as many people as they can.

 ### 3. Intuitive Sales Hub with Powerful Pipeline Tracking, Automation, and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene M. | Solution Architect, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Easy to use and quick to adopt

HubSpot is one of the most intuitive sales platforms I’ve used. Sales reps can get started fast without heavy training, which boosts adoption and helps keep pipeline data accurate.

Excellent pipeline and deal tracking

The pipeline view is clean, visual, and genuinely effective. Deal stages, tasks, notes, and communication history are all easy to manage in one place, which makes it simpler to stay organized and keep deals moving forward.

Strong email + meeting workflow

Sales Hub really stands out with tools such as email templates and tracking, meeting links with calendar sync, sequences for outreach automation, and built-in logging of conversations and activities. Together, these features make it easier for sales teams to streamline follow-ups without losing personalization.

Automation + reporting are very solid

With the right tier, Sales Hub offers automation for tasks, deal stage updates, and internal routing. The reporting dashboards are also strong, making it straightforward to monitor pipeline health, rep activity, and forecasting performance.

Plays well with marketing and service

If your organization also uses HubSpot Marketing Hub or Service Hub, the connected ecosystem is a big advantage. It provides full-funnel visibility from lead → deal → customer support, which helps keep teams aligned across the customer journey.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Pricing increases quickly with advanced features

Sales Hub is very effective, but many of its most valuable capabilities—like advanced automation, forecasting, and reporting customization—are locked behind higher-tier plans. As your team grows and you need those features, the costs can ramp up quickly.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizes sales activities and pipeline tracking in one place, making it easier to stay organized. It reduces manual follow-up through sequencing and automation, so routine outreach takes less effort. Rep productivity improves thanks to templates and built-in meeting scheduling that streamline day-to-day work. It also provides clearer pipeline visibility, which helps with forecasting accuracy. Overall, its ease of use increases CRM adoption across the team.

 ### 4. Intuitive Interface, Enhances Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Addie M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub very easy to navigate. It was a new system for me to learn as a new hire, and I was initially very intimidated. However, I've been able to figure out the required methods very easily and have been able to personalize my experience and use it quite easily too. The initial setup was much easier than I had imagined and only took a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Right now, the only improvement I see is sometimes the data has a lag. So it's supposed to show, for instance, specific data for one week, but it's not fully up to date in the moment.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep up with communication with leads and track data of my team, ensuring efficient work and staying aligned with my sales team.

 ### 5. Highly Customizable and Efficient Despite Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole S. | Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I definitely like how you can customize unique objects within HubSpot Sales Hub for your own individualized tracking purposes. It takes a little while to figure out, but once you have it pretty well mastered and you have an idea as to what you are looking to accomplish, it absolutely allows for you to customize to your specific application so that you're getting the results that you seek. The ability to optimize contacts being updated via workflow is valuable, especially when specific events occur. HubSpot's customizable features, such as unique properties on the contact and deal level, allow us to track different client results even if they're selling unrelated services.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think it took a little while to really master HubSpot, understandably so. It's a robust platform. The HubSpot Academy is helpful, but you're better off going to YouTube than you are HubSpot Academy. If there was some type of AI feature or solutions communications board where folks can publish examples of their use cases, that would be excellent.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps our prospect data organized and helps generate sales opportunities. It allows for customizing unique objects for individualized tracking, optimizing workflows, and repurposing data for alternative partners efficiently.

 ### 6. Great tool to have your sales actions canalized.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We do a lot of tests with the AI features, that HubSpot incorporated. They are generally very good and can help to have a natural, human approach to leads. The settings take their time and need a detailed planning and constant observation. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic tool.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

As with many AI features, also here prompting and giving context is everything. Sometimes the interface seems to limit this. There are still some flaws when it comes to multilingual outreach (staying in the same language).

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used different tools in the past and it was always difficult to have a complete overview what each person works on. This is completely solved with HubSpot. It makes the entire process transparent.

 ### 7. Time-Saving Templates with Room for Better Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayman N. | Career Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like the time-saving aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub, particularly with the email templates that cut down on the need for writing up emails. This feature helps me move on to the next call more efficiently. The templates aid in follow-up reminders as well, which is super helpful because I get an email directly to my work Gmail account, alerting me when a call is booked or something similar. It's also very easy to pass leads to our operations team once they're booked, which streamlines our process and allows us to focus on sales. I'm happy they used this product at my current company because I didn't need any additional training, and I enjoyed using it at my previous job too. It's very easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Probably more integration with calendars. Sometimes when I'm booking a call from HubSpot Sales Hub, it doesn't tell me if I already have a call booked at that time. I've double booked myself sometimes. It would be good if it had a task reminder feature to alert me if I try to book a call at a time when I already have one scheduled.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to reach leads with templates, saving time on emails and following up. It simplifies the selling process and handoff to the operations team, letting us focus more on sales.

 ### 8. Great Deal Flow View, but Updating Company and Deal Info Is Too Confusing

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | Head of Strategy, Growth, and Regulated Markets, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

the deal flow view is by far the most useful part of sales hub

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The UX is difficult to navigate. It's not intuitive how to update information on a company or deal, I have to use Claude Cowork to make changes that should be straightforward field updates.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it keeps deals organized so that I can quickly reference what needs to be done on any given day.

 ### 9. User-Friendly with Essential Automation Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use and continual improvements. Everything seems well-positioned, making it easy for new employees to pick up and learn quickly. I also appreciate how the tutorials are easily available, which makes the system even more accessible.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think it's just tied to limitations with quite a jump from sales to enterprise as far as automation. I feel like there should be some sort of mid-tier. Going from a sales professional seat to an enterprise seat for a small level company is a cost not worth bearing.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing and tracking our sales pipeline, automating follow-ups, and integrating with our CRM for better lead management. It's easy to use, with tutorials that help new employees learn quickly.

 ### 10. Intuitive CRM Interface, Limited Customizability

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob L. | Head of Partnerships & Insights, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the UI simplicity and the number of features HubSpot Sales Hub offers. The UI is naturally quite intuitive, allowing us to get up to speed quickly, which helps our team members keep records filled in and up to date. The features, particularly for marketing, are simple to get up and running, which is great for a business starting their journey in marketing and CRM. The easy and intuitive setup makes it quick to get going.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find the lack of customizability in HubSpot Sales Hub compared to Salesforce a limitation. Salesforce has a lot of intricate customizability, objects, and fields that are a bit greater than what HubSpot offers.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub because it provides an easy-to-use CRM with automations and flows, allowing our team to keep the CRM updated with a good interface.

 ### 11. Feature-Rich Updates, but Support Often Falls Short

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecka M. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

That they are always adding features. They have drastically improved areas like merge duplicates and even importing.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

If there is a problem, support can rarely actually help more than the documentation already available. They are nice and good at recommending the information that i already read/tried. If I hadnt already researched, that might have been nice, but not so much. This is not a one off...that is a repeated issue over years

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

track emails in one spot and provide tools to for customer service and sales to be on same page. They are also good tool to send marketing emails.

 ### 12. Accessible and Intuitive, But Integration Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I appreciate that HubSpot Sales Hub is a SaaS service, which means it's accessible from everywhere, making it super easy for the sales team to access necessary information no matter where they are. The interface is good, and the concepts are friendly to salespeople, which helps them find and enter information easily whether it's leads, deals, or contacts. The overall familiarity with HubSpot is great because it's widely available in the market, lowering the learning curve for new users. Also, I find the way HubSpot provides and stores data very useful because I can use the APIs to make more of the sales data.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would say the integrations of HubSpot with other systems could be improved. The data from HubSpot, when integrating it with other systems like a custom CRM built in-house, billing systems, or accounting systems that we use, presents challenges. We find we need to put some custom connectors in place, and the concepts in HubSpot are a little bit different than other systems, requiring us to do extra work.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub helps track sales deals and team progress, maintains workflow, and manages deal closure, including credit or commissions, effectively supporting the sales process.

 ### 13. Seamless Integration, Intuitive CRM, Amazing Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hitesh J. | Director, Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the ease and convenience with which HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with a lot of my other tools, like Mailmodo and Stripe. The integration has been seamless, ensuring all my contacts and payment-related data syncs automatically. The CRM is very intuitive, making it easy to use. The support is excellent, with plenty of knowledge available about any issues I face. Whenever I got stuck, I could easily find the needed information, thanks to the effective SEO of HubSpot articles. Additionally, the support team's responsiveness was immediate. I also appreciate the ability to track customer interactions and engagement with my campaigns, giving me fantastic visibility.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find the app's UI/UX not good. When it comes to showcasing the detail on the app or UI we have built on HubSpot, it doesn't do a great job.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track inbound leads, understand web traffic, and analyze the sales funnel from the first website visit to sign-up. It helps me track the status of my deals.

 ### 14. Efficient and Comprehensive, with Room for Reporting Simplicity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan G. | Customer Success Manager, EMEA Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps our team to work in a unique space and be fully in sync, making us more efficient. It allows us to really gain control of where each customer is at, so we can work more efficiently and smartly. I love the triggers and automations for sending system emails at specific times, which are really handy. The dashboards and task manager are great for delegating different extensions to the team, and the integration with Outlook and Zendesk is really great because it keeps everything in one space.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The connection of custom items is sometimes a little difficult, and the creation of reporting is also a little too advanced. I feel that AI tools could really help here.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to measure the whole customer lifecycle and for advanced analytics. It helps our team stay in sync, work more efficiently, and understand customer positions better.

 ### 15. Become a Hubspotter!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Update: Honestly, I don't know what we would do without Hubspot! We have all of the Hubs now and couldn't be happier! It has streamlined so many processes, making things more efficient. 12/10 rating!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Nothing so far. They are continually improving and adding new features, which is awesome.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Hub is identifying sales activity (or the lack thereof, in some cases) which helps us as leadership to guide our sales team. It also really helps with Deals, and guiding our team thru the Deal process with customers. I LOVE the task screen - it helps the team to keep on top of their day. You know, run the day so the day doesn't run you.

 ### 16. All-in-One Sales Platform That Streamlines and Empowers Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sadhwi P. | International Business development executive, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is effective because it brings together everything a salesperson requires in a single platform. It allows you to view leads, send emails, schedule meetings, track deals, and manage follow-ups without the need for multiple tools. The interface is very user-friendly, and it saves time by automating routine tasks. This helps sales teams stay organized and ensures they don’t miss opportunities to close deals.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub can get quite costly as the team expands and you require additional features. Many of the more advanced capabilities are only available in the higher-tier plans. While it works well for straightforward sales processes, it may feel restrictive if you have very complex or highly customized workflows. Additionally, the reporting and customization options are not as robust as those found in some more comprehensive CRMs. Once you become reliant on HubSpot, transitioning away can also be challenging.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub addresses the challenge of disorganized sales processes and missed follow-ups by centralizing leads, emails, calls, meetings, and deals in a single platform. It ensures that no lead or task slips through the cracks by automating follow-ups and reminders, while also providing clear insight into the status of every deal. The platform minimizes manual data entry, helping you save time, stay organized, respond to customers more quickly, and close deals more reliably, all without the need for multiple tools or cumbersome spreadsheets.

 ### 17. Perfect for sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario Z. | Customer Succes Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Works great all the time.
I am working for customer succes and the colleboration between departments is perfect.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What you def. should improve is the option to automate assosiation.
If you don't have a CS seat, then you are not able to find notes.
So you need to decide wich person, company, deal, etc. is relevant and that takes time.
It also works the way arround ofcourse.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot is very wel integrated with all sort of tools.

 ### 18. Hubspot super user review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabe C. | LHP Engineering Solutions, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Usability and customization are key with hubspot. I can do everything from set up my email campaigns to run by themselves and receive signature all in one platform.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Search has almost too many options where it can take a little bit to narrow down to exactly what you want to find.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to cover website, marketing, sales, and reporting all in one space. Our entire uses it to maintain and monitor our pipeline and revenue goals.

 ### 19. Still probably the best CRM on the market and flawless integration with our marketing tools.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

In our experience, the integration with HubSpot's marketing hub is flawless and perhaps the best value for money as a 'suite'. We get full visibility with content engagement and can reference this with our prospects. Examples such as which whitepapers they downloaded or which pricing pages they visited, allowing them to prioritize leads based on genuine intent rather than cold outreach. When paired with service hub, the transition becomes even more meaningful because as soon as a deal closes, the account information and technical specs are instantly accessible to our customer success team, ensuring a reliable onboarding experience.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

A few things, we integrate with NetSuite and it can be sluggish and require full re-syncs with no real explanation why. I wish there was a more cyclical release schedule of updates as it happens too frequently and poses an inconvenience to our users. Lastly, would just like to see more CPQ functionality, we're forced to use third party integration rather than something native.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure what problems it's solving but the system allows me to simplify my analytics to one hub which is the main value to me.

 ### 20. Intuitive operation with top integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Once you understand how it works, the HubSpot Sales Hub is quite intuitive. It has a lot of great features and also integration with other tools. For the complexity it ultimately has, it is clear. The integration with tools like AI, Speech, Slack, or SAP certainly helps.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The reporting and the dashboard are sometimes not displayed correctly. This means that when someone books a meeting, it is incorrectly shown under someone else's name.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub primarily solves the problem of organization by serving as a single source of truth. It allows us to track all customer contacts and deals, store and reuse data, and track information from emails and calls.

 ### 21. Efficient CRM with Great Integration, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander L. | Acting CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like many features of HubSpot Sales Hub. I appreciate the templates and snippets that make email communication smoother. It's great that it connects to my Gmail, allowing me to send emails either from Gmail or directly from HubSpot, and they're synced both ways. I use templates for emails that I regularly send to users, and it inserts the snippet and the name of the person inside.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It could be cheaper. Moving from one tier to another is VERY expensive, and the pricing structure feels steep.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of tasks, manage tickets, and store contact information.

 ### 22. Streamlined Sales Management with Intuitive Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie D. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking our marketing database and sales floor numbers, and I appreciate having everything stored in one area with the Sales Hub. I love the pipeline visibility and deal tracking because I can see where every deal stands, move them through stages easily, and spot bottlenecks right away, making organization feel natural. Email tracking and notifications are huge for our team as they help us time follow-ups better and prioritize hotter leads. Task automation and reminders ensure that nothing slips through the cracks, which is helpful during numerous conversations. I find it valuable that emails, calls, and notes are logged in one place, making conversations more personalized and informed. The initial setup of HubSpot was easy and user-friendly with an intuitive interface and step-by-step onboarding guidance. I also find it pairs well with Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Dropbox.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some of the more advanced customization like detailed reporting, workflows, or custom objects are locked behind higher tier plans with HubSpot Sales Hub. For smaller teams or individuals, this becomes restrictive if trying to scale the process is your main goal. While the dashboards are clean, the reporting isn't always deep or flexible as we would want, especially compared to more advanced CRMs. Creating highly specific or customized reports can take extra work or isn't always possible without upgrades.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize data, track email interactions, automate tasks, and enhance sales organization, offering clear pipeline visibility and making follow-ups more effective.

 ### 23. Cost-Effective CRM with Intuitive UI, Needs Mobile Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishav S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub's interface is very easy to use and clean. It makes it easy to navigate to the right details with minimum clicks and it's easy to remember where each option is located, which increases the ease of usage. Additionally, HubSpot Sales Hub offers better features at a better price compared to Salesforce, which justifies the ROI.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The mobile app could be better. It needs to be more mobile friendly as I sometimes get lost searching for specific details.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub offloads the hassle of tracking conversations, research, and pipeline manually. Its clean interface makes it easy to navigate to the right details with minimal clicks, improving ease of use.

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how detailed HubSpot Sales Hub is and how I can search and filter so fast. I also love that it connects with Claude, as it makes my life easier by allowing me to have a simple conversation to get information about prospects, deal stages, and decision makers. The detailed data points support better integration with Claude. It's a great tool that I use every day, and the initial setup was very easy.

The UI could be less crowded.

 ### 25. HubSpot Sales Hub: intuitive, automates tasks, and offers clear reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DIEGO N. | Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive it is to manage the entire sales process in one place. From lead tracking to closing opportunities, everything is quite well connected.

I also highly appreciate the task automation (such as emails, reminders, and follow-ups), which really helps save time and maintain consistency in the sales process. Additionally, the reports and dashboards are clear and allow for quick visibility of the team's performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Something I don't like as much is that some key features are limited to higher plans, which can make scaling expensive. Also, when you need more advanced customizations, it can become a bit complex or require more configuration than expected.

On the other hand, in small teams, it can feel a bit "over-engineered" if you don't take advantage of all the features.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub primarily solves the problem of disorganization in the sales process and the lack of follow-up with leads. It used to be easy to lose opportunities due to inadequate follow-up or not having visibility of the pipeline.

With HubSpot, I can centralize all customer information, automate repetitive tasks, and have clarity on what stage each opportunity is in. This directly benefits me by improving conversion, reducing closing times, and having a much more organized and scalable sales process.

 ### 26. Hubspot sales review

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

They new UI/UX is great, it separates everything where it needs to be and in correct folders. They workflows have also been updated to include triggers that werent there before. I have dabbled in their enrichment as well, it is easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Their prices for AI and tokens could use a little more refinement. Some are by field and some are by record.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

Hire a hubspot admin, it will save you in the long run

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connection between marketing and sales is impressive. You can really make sure you squeeze the juice out of each lead. Once everything is built, a vast majority of a sales person's job is automated.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh K. | Data Research Executive, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its user-friendly interface and powerful sales automation features. It makes it easy to track leads, manage pipelines, and automate follow-ups, which helps streamline the sales process. The real-time analytics and integration with other HubSpot tools also provide better visibility into sales performance and improve overall team productivity

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One drawback of HubSpot Sales Hub is that some advanced features, such as deeper automation and reporting tools, are only available in the higher-tier plans, which can become costly for smaller teams. Additionally, customizing certain workflows and reports may require extra time to configure, especially for new users.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Chief Project Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I love how easy HubSpot Sales Hub makes it to stay organized and actually follow through. The automation is a huge time-saver, and having everything in one place means I’m not jumping between tools all day.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as your needs grow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows and automations - which is a downside.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In CAS and fractional CFO work, the sales process is highly consultative and often involves multiple stakeholders. HubSpot helps organize those interactions, track conversations over time, and automate follow-ups without losing the personal touch. This results in stronger relationship management and higher conversion rates.

 ### 29. User-Friendly All-in-One Platform with Intuitive Dashboard and Deep Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

This platform's best capabilities are its user friendliness compared to the other platforms. Another best thing is that this platform combines marketing automation, CRM, sales pipeline management and customer support tools into a single ecosystem. Their dashboard is very intuitive and clean, and their automation workflows and detailed analytics are deeper. Overall, this platform also helps our team track the leads and measure campaign performance effectively.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While this platform is very powerful, one downside is that its pricing is high when trying to scale our number of users. Also, some of their customisation options and advanced-level reporting are available only in higher-tier plans, which is very limited in the basic plans for our team.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to keep the entire lead journey centralised, from doing the initial marketing to acquiring leads. assigning to our sales team and tracking the communication and engagement with the customer via our sales pipeline, this engagement with the customer journey is tracked very effectively. Our overall cross-team collaboration on lead engagement is made effective with this platform.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub can be improved with a training or account manager to help us keep up with updates. There are often updates, and having guidance would ensure we are definitely up to date with the new features.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for pipeline management, email transparency, and CRM organization, which helps us keep updated without extra communication.

 ### 31. Streamlined Sales with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage my company's sales pipeline, and I really like that it reduces manual efforts with its automation features. The ability to handle follow-ups and other repetitive tasks seamlessly is really good. I also appreciate the platform's overview of all the leads on one page, which makes managing them much easier. Having everything in one place on the platform is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

A few features come under a high pricing tier, and I feel that should be improved to add them in lower-priced tiers as well. Also, the setup is quite easy but having so many things can make it tough sometimes.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub saves me time by automating tasks and reducing manual efforts. It consolidates everything into one platform, making my sales pipeline management easier and more efficient.

 ### 32. Effortless Setup and Powerful All-in-One Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer K. | Chief Growth Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It was easy to set up even though I had never used HubSpot before. It provides a lot of helpful features from managing our sales pipeline to workflow automations. It's our customer database too. I like that it has a lot of easy integrations so we can communicate with other platforms we use. The customer support is pretty fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I don't like HubSpot's pricing model for the Marketing Hub. The way they price it, it's cheaper to use an email service provider like Klaviyo. But I wish you could buy a reasonable HubSpot subscription so our sales CRM, customer service CRM and marketing automation are all in one place.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great all-in-one platform that's easy to implement and use for our sales team for prospecting through deal close. And we use it to manage existing customers too. It's our main CRM for both sales and customer service. It's great that there is a HIPAA-compliant version too since we are in healthcare

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It’s easy to use, with a great UI and strong filtering options. Downtime has been extremely low, which makes it reliable day to day.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

This is most likely user error on my part, but I’ve had a lot of confusion with duplicate items between my primary account and the deals accounts.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

handling customers & prospects effortlessly

 ### 34. Effortless Setup, Unmatched Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roque M. | Founder & Principal Consultant - RevOps Architecture & AI Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot is built the way software should be built. It works the way you expect it to work. User-friendly, admin-friendly, developer-friendly.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Nothing significant. Probably the integration with new versions of Outlook desktop software. Plus the support materials surrounding the Outlook integrations are hard to navigate. The solution was to use an older version of Outlook or only the web version; the letter of which is what I recommend to people.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you're running Salesforce right now and wondering why it feels harder than it should... it's not your team. It's the tool. HubSpot solves that. When I shifted my focus to HubSpot the difference was immediate.

 ### 35. Streamlined Sales Automation, Needs Email Personalization Boost

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaker L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub unifies sales automation, contact context, and pipeline management into one system that the entire team can use without training and friction. It's effective every single day in making our work more professional and profitable. I also find the structured sales cadences and automation rules beneficial, as they ensure consistent high-quality follow-ups. The standardized flows for various types of outreach help eliminate human error and maintain reliable outreach. The initial setup was straightforward and low-friction, providing a smooth onboarding experience.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The email template and snippets system is also less dynamic than we’d like. Personalization fields are limited, and we can’t insert custom properties or conditional content easily. For highly tailored B2B outreach, this means more manual editing and less efficiency.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize prospect info, automate tasks, and improve sales consistency. It eliminates spreadsheet chaos, automates follow-ups, and streamlines scheduling, giving our team a shared, efficient system that boosts our sales efficiency and effectiveness.

 ### 36. Brilliant AI and Easy UI for Streamlined Sales Reporting

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Nothing it's a great product and has everything we need

It's enabling us to keep track of our sales pipeline and see what we've got coming in. It also means we can keep all of our sales operations in one place and have a top level view of everything that's going on across our team

 ### 37. Efficient Sales Tracking, But High Costs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Strategy Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the sequence function in HubSpot Sales Hub as it automates a lot of the manual aspects of sales outreach, especially when nurturing prospects who aren't ready to enter the sales process. I also appreciate the document section which keeps all relevant sales collateral in an easy-to-find location. When we roll out updated collateral, the document section makes sure salespeople are using the latest version since they only have access to the version in HubSpot. Additionally, it helps track all actions related to sales activity, keeps data visible through dashboards, and highlights hotter opportunities by tracking email opens and clicks. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Mainly the price, to upgrade to the professional sales hub the price of HubSpot increases dramatically and based on the market, there's a number of cheaper platforms that integrate well with HubSpot that offer all of the same features at a fraction of the cost.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage pipelines, automate sales outreach, and track leads. It helps track all sales activities, keeps data visible through dashboards, highlights opportunities by tracking email interactions, and ensures document version control.

 ### 38. Workflow Changes Make Tasks Disappear, and RingCentral Calling Falls Short

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather D. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like using the platform through the tasks function. I can move quickly through cold calls while spending time on the calls/emails that are further down the sales pipeline.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Our admin is the biggest problem. He is constantly changing workflows which makes accounts/tasks/leads disappear. The task of adding contacts is a bit daunting. Calling in HS with Ring Central doesn't work well at all.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to find leads as long as I have a task attached. Cold calling, when people are in a sequence, goes very fast.

 ### 39. Effective Sales Tracker with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa V. | Client Solutions Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub automatically sets recurring meetings and tracks KPIs for me. It reminds me to follow up, which cuts down on the time I need to spend tracking. I really like using the app.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

When I have a task that I didn't complete, it marks the last time I contacted a person as the task's due date even when the task wasn't finished; this should only happen when a task is completed. I can't track new connections that I manually add; it only tracks those coming from the marketing side through forms. Setting up reports to get what I want is challenging and not very intuitive, and the help feature doesn't make it easier. There's no way to track when someone reaches out to me for the first time or responds via text. I'd like more options like sending LinkedIn connections and InMail, particularly since I have LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Having to log in multiple times daily on the desktop, despite using the 'remember me' option, is frustrating. It would be helpful if there was a feature to summarize all correspondence and suggest follow-ups, placing it into the message for review. I want to customize follow-up intervals without manually setting custom dates, with more default options like '1 week,' '2 weeks,' '1 month,' etc. during the setup, we had to use a third-party service to help with reports and customization, which should have been included. I wasn't impressed with them as they dropped the ball on many things.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps track of all my contacts, sets follow-up cadences, tracks deals and deal stages, and automates KPI tracking, saving me time.

 ### 40. Streamlined CRM with Easy Integration and Efficient Email Sequencing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | Head of Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is fairly simple to use and integrate. The email sequences work really well and are easy to put together, saving me massive amounts of time on follow-ups. Keeping everything in one place gives my whole team visibility into our data.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We need to be able to use a keyboard only to tab through sections. The interface is slow sometimes. It feels like it’s getting bloated.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything in one place, giving my team full visibility into our data. It simplifies CRM, prospecting, pipeline tracking, and relationship nurturing. Email sequences save me massive amounts of time on follow-ups.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shamoni D. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to communicate with clients, manage support requests, and onboard new clients, and I find it very easy to use. It helps me keep everything organized efficiently. The built-in AI is particularly helpful as it makes it very easy to build reports, dashboards, and track metrics for campaigns. Additionally, I really like the workflows and all the automation features because they save a lot of time and improve client communication and the overall client journey.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only downside I had in the past is the option to connect to n8n due to authentication complications. HubSpot is aware of this and they are already working on resolving it.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub makes managing all clients easy, with tickets and communication organized. The built-in AI simplifies building reports and dashboards, and workflows save time while enhancing client communication.

 ### 42. Easy to Adapt Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** info p. | Sales coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

How easily it was to adapt my sales process to it

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

More than sales hub, just the fact that sometimes you need to use other tools that are not part of the sales hub, for example marketing tools, you need to acquire the marketing plan.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my process and information in one CRM

 ### 43. Powerful Automation and Insightful Pipeline Visibility

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for its powerful automation and complete visibility into leads, emails, and deals all in one place. The automation saves time by handling task creation and lead assignments automatically, while the pipeline visibility helps me track every single deal stage and prioritize the right opportunities. It's also worth mentioning that the initial setup was easy with guided onboarding and clear documentation.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Sales hub pricing

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize lead management, automate sales tasks, and provide clear pipeline visibility, helping us deal faster and stay organized. Automation saves time by handling task creation and lead assignments, while pipeline visibility helps me track each deal stage and prioritize opportunities.

 ### 44. Seamless Analytics, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for prospecting, and what I really like is having the analytics. It makes my job a lot easier by showing where deals are throughout the process, so I can easily identify where bottlenecks are. Also, the integration with other tools we use, like LinkedIn, is seamless. Plus, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was really easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think the main thing would be, the ability to have notes, calls assigned directly to deals rather than just the contacts and the company pages. Well, right now, if you make a call or leave a note, it would be great if it could be assigned directly to a deal as well.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for prospecting, and its analytics make my job easier by showing where deals are in the process so I can identify bottlenecks.

 ### 45. Essential Tool for Targeted Marketing Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2021

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to narrow down who I send emails to by function and level, which is great for targeting specific roles like CFOs and COOs and tailoring the message to their language and focus. It's also really helpful that I can integrate pre-populated lists, making my tasks simpler. Another thing I enjoy is that HubSpot Sales Hub allows people to directly email me when they respond.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find that a lot of mail software clicks on links and attachments to check for viruses or scams before the recipient even sees them, which leaves false positives in click and open rates. Also, all the bounce backs and auto-replies go straight to the inbox, and I wish I could filter them out through the HubSpot platform.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for mass email messaging, narrowing down recipients by function and level, and catering emails to specific roles like CFOs and COOs. It allows me to integrate pre-populated lists and receive direct email responses.

 ### 46. HubSpot helps me streamline my workload

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raffaella B. | Key Account Manager (UK & Europe), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Tasks including calls, emails and reminders in general work very well for me.
Also, the integration with Diio is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Ticket organisation can be enhanced as it sometimes gets a bit messy.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to remember all the tasks I need to fulfil daily and to have full visibility of my pipeline. This helps me be more organized and structure my day better.

 ### 47. Intuitive CRM with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan D. | Senior Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as my primary CRM system to manage contacts, deals pipeline, automate reach out sequences, and report on sales performance. I appreciate that it allows me to automate reach out cadences with multiple types of touchpoints, like calls, automated emails, and LinkedIn InMail. It makes managing my pipeline of deals and forecasting easy and allows me to report on a variety of different metrics. I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is user-friendly, logically laid out, and not too cluttered. It has all the key things I require as a salesperson and manager. I particularly enjoy that I can create bookmarks for my most used tabs such as 'Tasks', 'Sequences', and 'Reports' to easily navigate the CRM for my day-to-day needs. The taskbars are sensibly laid out by function and department.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The search bar at the top is awful. The reasoning behind which results appear as you are typing a name or email address is completely illogical and not user-friendly, unlike other parts of the site. When I type a specific name such as Joe Bloggs, the logical result as I am typing the name (but having not fully typed it out) should be Joe Bloggs, but instead, irrelevant results appear such as Joe Joseph or Joe Joel. The search logic makes no sense, especially compared to other areas of HubSpot Sales Hub.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to automate reach-out sequences, manage my pipeline and forecast, and report across business metrics, which streamlines my sales process.

 ### 48. Simple CRM and sales workflow in one platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruben V. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and keeps everything in one place: deals, contacts, emails, tasks, and meeting links. The pipeline view is clear, automation saves time on follow-ups, and templates/snippets make outreach consistent across the team. Reporting is strong enough for weekly sales updates without needing extra tools, and the integration options (email, calendar, and other apps) make it fit well into our daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some features feel locked behind higher tiers, so you quickly run into upgrade prompts when you want more advanced reporting, automation, or permissions. A few parts of the UI can be a bit busy, and it takes time to set up the right properties, pipelines, and views to match your process. Also, once you have a lot of data, keeping the CRM clean (deduping and standardizing) still needs ongoing attention.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage the full sales process from first contact to closed won in a structured way. We get better visibility into the pipeline, next steps, and ownership, which reduces things falling through the cracks. Automated follow-ups and meeting scheduling speed up response time. Email tracking and activity logging give context for conversations, and the reporting helps us forecast better and spot bottlenecks. Overall it saves time, improves consistency, and makes it easier to scale the sales process.

 ### 49. HubSpot Sales Hub: Sales Processes and Boosting Revenue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Feleecia K. | Operations Associate, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really, like HubSpot Sales Hub because it puts the sales process in one place. This makes it easy for me to manage my leads and track my deals. I can stay organized. That is a big help. The HubSpot Sales Hub has a customer relationship manager and it also has tools that automate tasks. For example it can send emails for me. Remind me of tasks I need to do. It also helps me manage my pipeline. All of these tools save me time. Make sure I do not miss any opportunities. I also like that HubSpot Sales Hub shows me how my team is doing and what is going on with my customers. This means I can make decisions based on what's really happening with HubSpot Sales Hub. The integration with marketing tools means sales and marketing can work seamlessly together, improving lead quality and overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing that is not so great about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it does not have all the features that bigger teams need. Some features like automation and reporting are only available if you pay for an expensive plan. This can be a problem for teams because they do not have a lot of money to spend. The HubSpot Sales Hub system can also be a bit hard to work with if your team does sales, in a different way. It can be tough to make the pipelines and workflows fit your teams sales process. The HubSpot Sales Hub can feel a bit stiff and not very flexible. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, there’s a learning curve for new users, and initial setup can take time to ensure everything from deal stages to reporting is configured correctly.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is a tool that helps with sales processes that are all over the place and customer data that is not, in one place. It puts all the leads and deals and interactions in one spot. This means you do not have to deal with a lot of spreadsheets and emails and different tools. HubSpot Sales Hub gives you an idea of what is going on with your sales. It does tasks for you that you would normally have to do over and over. HubSpot Sales Hub also keeps track of every time you talk to someone who might become a customer. The benefit is more efficient, data-driven selling. It helps prioritize high-value leads, reduces manual work, and ensures timely follow-ups, which leads to higher conversion rates. Additionally, the integration with marketing and CRM data gives a full picture of the customer journey, allowing for more personalized outreach and better alignment between sales and marketing teams. This ultimately saves time, improves pipeline accuracy, and drives revenue growth.

Having used a range of sales tools, including SalesForce, I find HubSpot much easier to set up and for the sales team to manage independently. It allows them to make improvements to their outreach strategies without much difficulty. The Sequences feature has been a game changer for our business, especially since we handle large lead volumes and need to maximize efficiency.

HubSpot has also provided excellent ongoing training support, particularly when onboarding new team members.

We integrated HubSpot directly with our SalesForce account and encountered very few issues during the setup. Additionally, our wider marketing team relies on HubSpot daily for marketing outreach and to support top-of-funnel activities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

So far, we have found it challenging to effectively utilize the AI tools for sales outreach, even though it is clear that they have improved considerably over time. Additionally, we have encountered some limitations with the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, particularly because Salesforce handles Leads and Contacts as separate entities. While HubSpot has recently added Lead objects, they are not exactly equivalent and have only been of limited use to us so far.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales outreach at scale is made possible through automated sequences, which significantly enhance the speed at which contacts are reached. The transition of leads from marketing to sales is streamlined by activity tracking, allowing sales teams to see marketing engagement before an enquiry is made. This visibility helps boost engagement rates. Additionally, customer re-engagement is supported by workflows that use automated follow-up email cadences, further improving the effectiveness of sales outreach.
