The UI is very easy to learn and use. Features like notes automatically popping up during calls make it simple to capture details while I’m on the phone and save them for later review. The tasks and opportunities sections are also very useful, since they help me understand each individual lead at a quick glance. When a lead has multiple contacts, the main contact may not have a phone but another contact in there has a phone and it shows as no phone. This is very situational but has been a bit tedious to realize I missed a lead that has a number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
