Oracle Engagement Cloud is a previous name, for what is now called Oracle CX Sales.

The fact of the market is this: every staff in every business is selling. Marketing and Service, and Production and Finance are aspects of selling. Catalog don't matter, it's the People that only matters.

And the process needs to apply tools, for efficiency, and in some cases to be effective even. Tooling needs to have this same vision as the Business.

Oracle CX Sales comes with and from that vision. It is usable by most every business that is made of sellers and believes in selling.
