Zoho Bigin is a CRM tool for small business and freelancers to manage their customers, workflows and business pipelines.

It is a CRM, but in a much more simplified version than zohoCRM, yet it is powerful. As a professional experience, I can indicate that it contributes to generating detailed tracking in any process you need, from sales to collections, which is what I currently adapted, and I really like the tool. In addition to that, you can grow or advance to the ZOHOCRM version.
