Flexible CRM with Room for Improvement
I like Attio because it's flexible and easy to use and navigate. We have various teams all using it, and it's all in a simple interface where we can easily manage our contacts, track deals, and create custom lists for various tracking purposes like active customers vs. prospects and inbound tracking.

Streamlined Onboarding with Time-Saving Features
I use Attio for onboarding as a new sales hire and understanding the existing pipeline, and it saves me time by using 'Ask Attio' to pull relevant info so I'm not buried in reporting. I find the initial setup very easy.
