What do you like best about Close?

As a boutique vacation rental management company on the Outer Banks, we need a communication tool that keeps up with a fast-moving season. Close does that for us. What I value most is having every text, call, and note tied to the contact record. During peak season, guests texting about access codes, supplies, or maintenance get a quick response from whoever is on shift, and that person can see everything said before. We also use Close to log and follow up on new owner prospects, which gives our growth efforts real structure. It’s easy to learn, and staff got comfortable with it quickly. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close solves the problem of scattered communication. In vacation rental management, guests, owners, vendors, and prospective owners all contact us by text and email, often during peak season when several staff members are covering the phones. Close keeps every conversation on the contact’s profile, so whoever picks up the thread knows exactly where we left off. Guests get quicker, more consistent answers. Our team spends less time chasing down context, and we keep a dependable record of past guest interactions to refer back to.
