It's not a problem with QuickBase itself, but they are improving and expanding capabilities so quickly that I find it hard to keep up with all the changes. What do you like best about Quickbase?

What do you like best about Quickbase?

What do you like best about Quickbase?

Our company is recreating a billing system that has been in place for over two decades and we are very thankful there is a vibrant developer community that can assist us in this extremely complex endeavor. On the other hand, we have some other, simple databases that we needed implemented (i.e. visit tracking for billing and COVID encounter tracing) that we were able to do ourselves. The technology of the platform (rapid development/deployment, Pipelines, notifications, integration of custom programming) make it second to none in service of a wide variety of industries and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The customer experience with the sales department at Quickbase has generally been poor. It often takes a long time to hear back from folks, my clients have been shuffled numerous times between Account Managers, and communication is not appropriately handed off to the new people. Also, the pricing structure is incredibly harsh and unworkable for small businesses.
