It's not a problem with QuickBase itself, but they are improving and expanding capabilities so quickly that I find it hard to keep up with all the changes. What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like that it can be access almost anywhere. The software is very light and uses small amounts of data to load. User friendly and can be easily navigate even for first time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

What I hate about quickbase is that it tends to be very unreliable especially when being use by multiple users all at the same time because the loading speed is unacceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

As of now there is more problems being created than solving, I like the way they tend to innovate the software how ever they should be focusing more on the processing speed of the app rather than adding more functions and features that will add up with the current problem. For now I can't say any benefit I'm getting from it because instead of saving a lot of time, it is being wasted on waiting for it to load and see if your clocked in and out pushes through or not. "Deployments made easy"

What do you like best about Quickbase?

Our company is recreating a billing system that has been in place for over two decades and we are very thankful there is a vibrant developer community that can assist us in this extremely complex endeavor. On the other hand, we have some other, simple databases that we needed implemented (i.e. visit tracking for billing and COVID encounter tracing) that we were able to do ourselves. What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I dislike the most about Quickbase is that its traffic site is too low when loading when many people are using the tool to clock in, even when clocking out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem with Quickbase is that the traffic site is too slow when too many employees here in our company are using it to clock in and out. We usually wait over 10 minutes to clock in, especially when clocking out completely. What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The customer experience with the sales department at Quickbase has generally been poor. It often takes a long time to hear back from folks, my clients have been shuffled numerous times between Account Managers, and communication is not appropriately handed off to the new people. Also, the pricing structure is incredibly harsh and unworkable for small businesses.
