What do you like best about Quickbase?

The real time functionality and reporting. The data being able to be pulled quickly and in the format I need. I do wish it allowed for more data usage or as you get close to hitting the cap you are contacted so you don't break your system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase's intuitive project tree structure visualizer is great for managing and describing the data lifecycle of the app. It is critical for everyone, technical and non technical to be able to get what is happening and where the data is flowing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

There is not much to dislike besides the cost. It seems to me that if QuickBase shifted to a more affordable and higher user subscriber model, that they could actually make more money. With it being somewhat of an expensive tool considering most other platforms offer a limited free rate limit or pay-as-you-go model, I think they are excluding a large crowd and only appealing to mid-size businesses and not start-ups and data enthusiasts. What do you like best about Quickbase?

The GUI and online integration. No coding is required. Effortless transition Coming from Microsoft Access. There are many built-in functions for table viewing and field properties, and the customizable home page is my favorite feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

One functionality that I sorely miss from Microsoft Access is being able to create a graphically customized report. I generate a lot of reports daily for viewing by officials, and keeping the graphical format as previously used is essential. Addons require additional costs. If all I needed to do were code my addon for myself, I would; however, I cannot find the resources to do it.
