Actually, and honestly, I cannot think of any bad experiences when I use CentralReach because it's convenient, and you won't feel any hassle at all because it's no lag or delay. The thing I dislike about central reach is that there are times that when they send out maintenance patches, there are still a few things or glitches that comes along with it which makes it somehow time consuming for the users to get resolve and when urgency is at hand, it gets very inconvenient. Updates can be inhibiting of the ability to write notes or log on. There was an entire week where central reach was down and no one could login. Once it was back up and running we had so much billing to catch up on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
