What we liked the best was that we could remove the paper from the entire process. We added logic to our forms to make sure they were completed and the bonus was that we could collect signatures! We are able to collect the responses in JotForm, email them and the submitter a copy of their form, and save it to another service like Google Drive or DropBox. The limit of 25 forms on the Bronze account can be used up very quickly once you start to realize the power of the app. I wish it were more like 50, which could easily be used by a small to mid-size company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
