The best feature of harness is the ease at which it was integrated into the existing tools we use in our CI/CD pipeline which are a combination of standard/custom services. I use it a few times a week whenever I need to check and start deployments and it always works well.

My experience of Harness via the UI is very bad. The deployment graphs always extend off the side of the screen and and key parameters are hidden away in a very cluttered UI. It's also very slow to navigate. I was glad when we were able to build tools that use the API rather than the UI itself! I never tried the customer support but if the design of the UI is an indication of customer centricity I would be worried!
