We use Go2mobi for our newsletters, employee and clients, and email blasts. It is being used currently by marketing and will be used by sales. It allows us to share information with our clients and with our employees. We have three offices and it allows our employees to see what is going on in the other offices and throughout the company.
What do you dislike?
My biggest issue is that the survey module is not great. In particular, the survey analytics are not detailed enough for us to make business decisions. We survey our customer base quite a bit to understand what is important to them, so this is important.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Personally, I think that your home pages are very limited from the design point of view, but it is a great tool that saves time and its interface is easy to use and will help any marketing department to improve productivity.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We currently use Go2mob in our marketing department to support our sales and client support teams. The software helps with everything from lead generation and website visitor tracking to brand recognition through social media channels and webinars.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
