**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

I work on both ASA and ASO, and MobileAction has been a huge time-saver for me. What I really like is how the platform is structured - there’s AdsManager for paid campaigns and the many ASO tools, and switching between the two is seamless.

AdsManager is really easy to use. It lets you manage everything — from keywords to creative sets — in one place, which makes it much easier to optimize campaigns. I also like that you can handle multiple apps from the same dashboard, so you don’t have to switch between different accounts all the time.

On the ASO side, I rely heavily on MobileAction for keyword research. The visibility score, competitor tracking, and keyword suggestions are all incredibly helpful for identifying high-potential terms and measuring progress.

For ASO, I mainly use it for keyword research and competitor tracking. For example, the ASO reports and keyword trends give me a clear view of what’s working and where there’s room to grow.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

Since the platform is quite large and full of features, I occasionally run into small bugs or glitches. But to be fair, the CMS manager and support team are quick to respond and fix things. So honestly, it just turns into a short coffee break before I’m back to work — not really a big deal.

MobileAction helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in mobile marketing: managing both paid and organic growth in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools for ASA and ASO, I can handle everything — from keyword optimization to creative performance and competitor insights — within a single platform

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

i like best the easy usage of the platform.
implementation of idea's we come up with together are very quick.
daily usage of the tool. 
integration is simple.
there are many features to use, as well as ones being developed.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

they are certain metrics that some times not make sense within ads managers - not the imported ones for AA, but those developed within mobile action. 
creative tab seems also slightly weird, when looking into a specific app and where they publish seems a bit off.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

currently our main problem is the ability to test out CPPs, and mobile action took our feedback and generate a tool just for that. 
an additional problem they solve is the simplicity of uploading multiple CPPs at once, rather the Apple's UI which doesn't give you this ability. 
not a problem, but time saving, which is just as important, the ability without a report to see impression share per Keyword, makes my job being done faster.

I'd be happy if I had more places to see how our competitors are working within Apple Search Ads- more keyword details, budgets, and so on. I think the advantage of Mobile Action is its competitor analysis, which is a point missing in Apple Search for me.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, for me the CPP is the most important thing. It also helps me understand the SOV without needing to download reports from Apple Search. In terms of creatives, it gives me the advantage of understanding my competitors’ creative strategies.

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

We came over from a competitor product due to a few reasons, luckily this opened us to scoping where a lot of products we wanted were already made available to MobileAction + SearchAds. 

OVERALL
- Easy integration - starting with Apple Search Ads (ASA) and eventually our Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP)
- Responsive customer support - We provide feedback constantly via slack and find most product or general questions are answered instantly
- Ability to integrate and review performance across ASO + ASA bringing keywords is easy
- This tool has become an integral part of our day to day on ASA. The automations help us make well thought out bid updates on a daily/weekly/monthly without us diving too deep, taking out the guess work

PAID
- Budget automations whether to average daily budget similar to the platform and daily cap to pause campaigns when daily spend is hit
- There aren’t limits to ways to optimize we currently have our campaigns optimizing to Install, share of voice (SoV - new), top of funnel event, down funnel event, and eventually revenue
- Ability to create alerts based on SoV on brand terms so we know when a competitor is bidding up on us.
- Reporting in local currency and USD this was a big challenge for us as previous competitor we used didn’t have a way to view local with a USD conversion
- Ability to automate discovery campaigns to find the best keywords and push it to a holding campaign for us as an exact match

ORGANIC
- One of the bonuses for us is having one product that we can do ASO + ASA on, allowing us to just have one contract versus two
- The data from MobileAction is what our ASO agency uses and pulls data from 
- View CPPs of competitors and compare keywords

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

Not all products are perfect and there is always room to improve. The team is open to feedback and work hard to address our concerns. I found as the product is very robust, it takes awhile to figure out all the bells and whistles. These also tend to be more wishes than dislikes, but I wish there was a way to automate our incrementality/switchback tests, multiselect using hot keys like shift, and being able to filter or create pivot tables. A few of these I know are currently on the roadmap.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MobileAction solved needs for multiple things: combining strategy between ASO and ASA, optimize towards multiple events and goals, optimize to revenue, search for new keywords in various languages, flag competitors pushing us, helping us stay on budget, view CPP of competitors and compare keywords, view local currency in USD, and set automations to bids regularly.

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

MobileAction and its product Search Ads is one of the tools we use in our User Acqusition activities and marketing strategies, particularly in market research and Apple Search Ads (ASA) optimization. One of the best thing i can say about them is their customer support, which is always ready to answer us with any questions and advise us to help reach our KPI's. Also MobileAction's automation feature has immensely improved our ASA optimization tasks. Hence, we can focus more on strategy rather than dealing with manual tasks and fine tuning the campaings. MobileAction also offers automation templates which are ready to use rules for those who are unfamiliar with automation. MobileAction and Search Ads is currently essential part of our daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

While the UI of Search Ads is practical, it may take some getting used to. Also, the filter system in ads manager tab could use some improvements. There are times when filters need to be deselected manually, which can be a bit time consuming.

MobileAction helps us overcome problems in the UA, especially optimizing our Apple Search Ads campaings. Automation feature eased the burden of manual optimization, making fine-tuning processes more efficient and less time consuming.

I don't use the ASO part of Mobile Action, but the Search Ads section is really useful for understanding competitors, gaining insights into impression shares, and combining ASO and ASA strategies. Mobile Action helps improve ASO efforts with its 'Search Ads' section. Really easy to use and has a great support team!

**What do you dislike about MobileAction?**

It's really easy to use. However, instead of focusing on the sidebar, they could improve the main page UI for easier use. For example, you can simply add a competitor with the + button, but you can't delete it because there is no x button on the competitor logo.  It becomes even more complicated to find all the features from the sidebar, so more focus on main page adjustments would be beneficial.

I've been using MobileAction for a while now, and I have to say, it has proven to be an invaluable tool for my app marketing strategy. The platform is fantastic for keyword tracking, allowing me to easily keep an eye on how my app ranks for different keywords. Its keyword choosing feature for Apple Search Ads is a game-changer; it helps identify the best keywords to target, saving time and effort.

Another highlight is the competitor review tool. It gives a detailed overview of what my competitors are up to, helping me stay one step ahead in the market.

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

After exploring other ASA options, we decided to switch to MobileAction last year. The transition was smooth, and their onboarding process was super thorough. We connected our MMP (Appsflyer) with MobileAction and started optimizing UA right away.

Plus, the MobileAction team understood our pain points right from the start and worked closely with us. Their hands-on support throughout the whole process made a huge difference for us.

SOV data export is not possible so the excel export capabilities might be enhanced. but it is still available on dashboard.

**What problems is MobileAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MobileAction every day for ASA optimization. ASA has a very large share in our media mix, and the optimization of these campaigns is the item on which we spend the most time in our daily work. However, thanks to Mobileaction, we can quickly make our checks and take the necessary actions.
Thanks to automation capabilities, our manual workload has decreased significantly. MobileAction has been doing all the work for the last year and all we have to do is check it.

**What do you like best about MobileAction?**

I use Mobile Action to manage ASA campaigns more efficiently with automated rules, and the various insight tools to support strategic insights. I’ve used for example bid adjustment rules based on keyword performance, dayparting, and email notifications to help spot new keyword opportunities from search terms. The auction insights section helps to understand changes in performance and provides context to weekly reporting and bid optimization. You can even look at keywords per competitor and compare which mutual keywords exist, or take a look at unique keywords to find ideas to expand keyword targeting. Lately, I’ve been using more of the CPP intelligence tool to come up with creative recommendations, and the last tool I want to mention is Trace, which basically ties all different insights together, to help explain performance shifts in terms of organic, paid, and even app updates. All in all, I’ve found Mobile Action such a versatile solution, and most importantly, the level of support and team’s willingness to improve demonstrates a strong future for this platform!

The UI could be improved. Sometimes some bugs have occurred and the explanations for the metrics could be clearer.

The ability to reach out to the relevant support person directly through Slack is incredibly convenient. The portal is user-friendly, making it simple to navigate. We use everyday. Additionally, the variety of features is impressive, and they continuously introduce new ones, keeping the platform up-to-date with the latest trends and needs in mobile marketing.

While Mobile Action offers a wide variety of features, some of the products can be expensive. Therefore, it is essential to discuss your budget in detail with the sales team. Begining from keyword research and automatic optimization to campaign analysis our work flow become more data driven and organized.The interface is user friendly. It is easy to navigate through the platform and access the insights it provides. Unlike Apple's native consoles, which is limited in terms of analytics in general which´s really important for us.

Also I would like to mention the customer support as they provide exceptional service by attentively listening to the clients concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently and rapidly.

It would be great if the platfrom interface supports the arabic language and by extension to have a customer support in arabic as well so as it can take place in more marketplaces in the arabian countries .. some filters and report views could be easier, I would like to group the automations in different groups and not to see it as an array of lines at the same page as it's much way easier and faster.
