I like SF for the level of customer service. Any DSP can place ads. Not all of them treat you like a human. I've worked with several DSP's over the years and SF has really gone the extra mile to ensure campaign quality, deliver fast reporting, and help along the way to drive better results for my clients. What I like most is that all of the programmatic tactics are here under one roof. I can blend them into camapigns as needed, and move budget as results require. The support has been great (I am managed service), the reporting gives me everything I need, and the UI is easy to navigate. Simpli.fi has a contract with LiveRamp that prohibits data from outside the U.S. I have clients in the UK that are running CRM Targeting campaigns, and I have to take them elsewhere. I can't run them through LiveRamp/Simpli.fi.
