What do you like best about Simpli.fi?

I love how Simpli.fi supports hyperlocal targeting, making it ideal for franchise and multilocation models, which greatly benefits my agency’s ability to serve clients with precise, local market campaigns. Its channel presence is amazing, integrating display, video, native, and CTV advertising into one platform seamlessly. The real-time reporting dashboard is immensely useful; it provides granular insights across geography, audience, and device types, which empowers me to make informed decisions and track campaign performance effectively. I appreciate the support team, who are always accessible and helpful whenever I need custom codes or assistance, enhancing the overall experience. Simpli.fi’s ability to handle both small and large budget campaigns flexibly is highly advantageous. The powerful geofencing and geoconversion tracking features are standout components, allowing me to create virtual boundaries at real-world locations and track conversions accurately. The privacy-compliant and cookie-less options are a huge plus, ensuring legal alignment while maintaining target precision using CRM or first-party data. What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?

The initial setup of Simpli.fi was quite challenging due to the complex UI UX, which felt cluttered and not intuitive for new users. The learning curve was steep, requiring a solid understanding of programmatic advertising to fully leverage its capabilities. I found myself having to revisit programming skills I hadn't used in over a decade. Additionally, there's a lack of pricing transparency which necessitated frequent contact with sales to obtain custom quotes. This process is particularly inconvenient for self-service beginners or those managing tasks independently. I also feel that the requirement for a programming background to efficiently run campaigns could be streamlined, perhaps by implementing a more user-friendly dashboard without the need for extensive programming knowledge.
