The sales representative was exceptionally responsive and returned calls promptly during the initial sales phase, which initially built trust before the onboarding process became non-transparent and confusing. I was charged fees never disclosed in my signed agreement, resulting in a markup of over 42% on ad spend. Regarding Ease of Implementation, the onboarding was confusing. I signed a document that listed no management fees, yet I was later charged an effective markup of over 42% on my actual ad spend—far exceeding the 30% fee they eventually claimed. As for Customer Support, the communication was contradictory. I was told a campaign was disabled, but later informed it was active. This lack of consistency, combined with the lack of results, meant that rather than solving my marketing needs, the partnership required constant auditing and eventually led to me terminating the relationship to regain control of my own accounts.
