What I like most about DualEntry is the CSV import feature, with the help of a third-party tool and can handle 100,000 transactions per minute. This might be too many, but if our company were to start handling too many clients, this is a reliable and time-efficient feature. It's not that I have something to dislike at this stage. It's just that I can't seem to understand how I can input the bills without the PO number because it does not apply to our company. Secondly, regarding bulk transaction imports, while a template is provided, integrating data from external systems (like warehouse scanners for goods receipts) often requires an extra step to conform to DualEntry's template. What I like best about DualEntry, it automates complex, high‑volume accounting tasks with AI and intuitive

multi‑entity consolidation, all while staying highly secure and user‑friendly—even for teams scaling toward IPO

Same answer on this, there wasn’t much I truly disliked—it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the platform! If

DualEntry is the most user-friendly accounting software I have tried. Comparing it to QB and Xero, they are far more

complicated. This is like the simplified version of those softwares. What i liked the most is that it wasn't hard to input

transactions. There's no need to go to other tabs and look for a specific term just to look and input other entries that

needs to be done. Also, i liked the function where you can select for which company and department that

There's not much I disliked with DualEntry, except that when I tried to access my account in my tablet and mobile

browser I couldn't navigate the website properly. I couldn't click and open links to input transactions. I hope this can

I really appreciate the seamless integrations of DualEntry, enhancing efficiency and simplifying accounting workflows effectively the automation features of DualEntry are also very good for saving time and enhancing synchronization across multiple tools and softwares. Compared to the normal softwares like QBO and Xero, the interface is very easy to navigate making it ideal for small businesses or teams looking for new software to use to provide accurate, efficient and precise data as much as possible. One thing I would like to point out is that the software seems a little too complex for the average user which would make it a bit difficult to learn on the first go around. It requires a bit more looking into than the normal software which would make the learning curve a bit steeper. The interface is a bit too clunky as well which would make it consume a bit more time to find the intended function. Implementation is not as easy as it would seem as well.
