What I like most about DualEntry is how much smoother it makes my workflow. It also reduces repetitive tasks. DualEntry automatically suggests entries and allows bulk actions, which helps me avoid manual data entry. This saves a lot of time and lowers the risk of errors. Having  frequently used Dual entry for every day finance and accounting tasks,  I would recommend it for every organization irrespective of the industry.The software is 100% user-friendly and requires no training for the user,even someone without a deep accounting background can understand the tool easily.  Implementation is straightforward with no complicated setup. Being cloud based,one can access from anywhere,which is convenient for remote work and collaboration.  It also covers essential accounting features with an organized design and layout making it easy to access core functions. let's not forget the real time update it provides, the dashboard overview is awesome and impressive. Most surprisingly, DualEntry integrates smoothly with other tools and systems which saves time. I think the platform is evolving and users' feedback appears to be taken seriously by the support team. In the course of using DualEntry accounting software, I have come to observe some key features that seem to be missing such as lack of reference details in JE for easy tracking,No icon to easily switch between different screens, no quick option to create new customer from the dropdown when creating invoice,tax code flexibility missing,check management needs improvements,reconciliation matching,allocation feature gaps,no quick option to dispose a fixed asset from the asset overview screen. What I really like about DualEntry is the reporting. It’s AI-based, which you don’t usually see with ERP tools. I just type what I need, filters, multiple data points, whatever, and it spits out exactly the right report. The Copilot’s solid too. You can throw questions at it and it replies like someone who actually knows accounting. Super useful if you’re new, but even if you’re not, it still helps you get more out of the platform. Also, it works flawlessly with my HubSpot data. Setup was quick, sync is fast, and I haven’t hit a single issue. DualEntry’s solid overall, but the filters could use some work. It’d be great if it remembered what you picked when you switch tabs. Right now, if I filter invoices by company, then jump to another tab, the filter clears and everything comes back it slows things down, especially if you're working through a big list. The HubSpot integration has been smooth too. Everything syncs quickly and I don’t have to worry about moving data over manually, which is a big time-saver since I rely on HubSpot every day. I’ve also found the Copilot super helpful. It gives clear, accounting-level guidance that works whether you’re just getting started or already comfortable with the system.
