I love how easy it is to navigate through the website. I've used many ERP systems and it's sometimes been

inconvenient to find my way through to finding what i need. the categories on the left hand side are very clear and

just the whole look of the UI makes it easier on the eyes. The dashboard shows everything I want to know on a daily

basis so having it on the front page is super convenient. I often have to click around on other ERP systems when

doing a report but on dualentry it's been quick and easy to export. Usually It takes time to learn the ERP system but

the learning process was not overwhelming at all. Invoicing also seemed very easy to understand. The indicator that

I dont dislike anything about DualEntry at all since I love the UI and how easy it is to nagivate through but if I'm

being super critical, I would probably want more personal customization settings for the user. whether thats dark

mode or different colour palletes for the UI. If it's someones first time using the software, possibly an AI chatbox

where you can ask a question such as "where can i export a report" and that AI would be able to give you easy

instructions on how to pull a report off of DualEntry. That's me being very picky with that suggestion but overall I

It was very delightful to experience the web-based program of Dual Entry. The program offers various tools to aid you with your bookkeeping needs. Especially in keeping track with different metrics to streamline my workflow. It was very convenient to access records and process them using its capabilities. When using the website, there is not really any issues when navigating its features. However, I would wish to be able to further modify features such as adding color to the organizational charts to be able to color code it. I have previously worked with the popular competitive software for finance management called QuickBooks. For some time, we were looking for a new solution, and we decided to give DualEntry a try. This software surpassed our expectations and it has adapted to our needs! The documentation was easy to understand, so the switching process was as smooth as possible. What I also liked about the software is its rich library of integrations with other software we use, especially BambooHR and HubSpot. Additionally, I got really surprised how Stripe can be seamlessly integrated into DualEntry! This integration allowed us to sync transactions from our ecommerce businesses.
