What do you like best about DualEntry?

What I like is that it really does have everything in one place. Feels fast and straightforward to use. I don’t have to go hunting through other tools to find what I need. Support’s been quick when I’ve reached out, which is a plus. We added multiple users without a problem, and migration of our old files was smoother than I expected. What do you dislike about DualEntry?

The biggest downside is cost. It’s a bigger investment than some of the lighter systems out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DualEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?

DualEntry solves the problem of manual, time-consuming accounting processes by automating tasks and providing real-time access to financial data. Before, we had to input everything manually, which often led to delays, errors, and difficulty in tracking transactions. Now, with DualEntry, tasks like recording transactions, generating reports, and doing bank reconciliations are done much faster and more accurately. The system streamlines everything—from file migration to day-to-day operations—saving us time and reducing the risk of errors. It’s also user-friendly, so the transition from manual to digital was smooth and efficient. Overall, it has greatly improved our productivity and decision-making.
