A very simple software to open patients account and attach the EOB. It's easy to follow up on each and every claim. **What do you dislike about CareCloud Breeze?** While downloading a large file of report, it take too much time to process. **What problems is CareCloud Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** It help to access patient account and work on different denied claims. We can enter insurance payment which help to keep track of the payments. ### 2. I also enjoy the customer service since they are very patient and helpful when it comes to answering questions. **What do you dislike about CareCloud Breeze?** What I dislike about CareCloud Community is that its recent upgrades have made it more difficult to use. There have also been some connectivity issues that have been affecting the operations and therefore it brings some errors. **What problems is CareCloud Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that I'm trying to solve with CareCloud Community is communication gaps, some of the benefits that I have realized have been that it's very user friendly and really easy to customize. ### 3.
