I absolutely love Adit. It has made my life so much easier and taken a lot of work off me. The AI answers calls, is easy to talk with, recognizes patients’ responses and different languages, and can make appointments for me while leaving tasks for me to follow up on. It feels like having a receptionist, but it’s way cheaper than hiring a person. I also like the bulk text messaging and emails for campaigns, appointment confirmation texts, the at-a-glance view of insurance eligibility, and the easy pay option that lets me take the terminal with me. Adit posts payments and handles forms and data entry for me, which helps out a great deal. The software is one of the cheaper options but, to me, the most effective. I love the customer service because I can go back to one particular person instead of talking to multiple people, and everyone is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
