Navigating Curogram is super simple, with minimal training needed. It’s integrated with our EMR, which is very convenient because it keeps our patients accessible through their program. It also minimizes phone calls by sending appointment reminders and sending our patients their intake forms, which makes everything run smoother. Curogram has been very reliable and really takes the load off us when it comes to appointment reminders. The customer service team is dependable, and the pricing is reasonable—definitely worth it. I haven’t had the chance to explore the AI features yet, but I’m confident they’re great. Overall, I don’t have any negative comments about Curogram; it has truly been a helpful software.
