"Adit Makes Practice Management Effortless and Efficient"
What do you like best about Adit?

Adit is an excellent all-in-one platform that makes managing our practice much easier. If I had to pick my "top 5" favorite things, it would be:

1. automated patient texts and reminders that reduce no-shows,

2. online scheduling and digital forms that save time,

3. a clean, user-friendly interface,

4. having payments, communication, and scheduling all in one place, and

5. a responsive support team that’s always improving the product.

Adit is so easy to use - even my doctor enjoys it! Implementation was straight-forward and we rely on Adit on a minute-by-minute basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adit?

"Streamlined Patient Communications with Adit"
What do you like best about Adit?

Adit has made communicating with patients very easy, especially when I recently moved my practice and needed to keep patients up to date on our move. It helps with notifying patients of their appointments and when their prescriptions are ready. Adit also makes it very easy for patients to leave a review, and obtaining signatures has become much simpler. Texting with patients has been very helpful, and the internal texting is great for communications between staff members. What do you like best about Adit?

I like Adit because they help us keep the schedules filled by making it easy to send mass text messages to all patients who are past due, which helps fill open appointments. They have helped our website traffic improve by three times and helped us rank higher on Google. The patient communication tool is fantastic, and I appreciate the online patient forms and the online patient appointment request feature. They work very well with Dentrix, which makes our workday run very smoothly. I appreciate all aspects of their services, from the messages to dental analytics. I have been using Adit for about five months at our dental practice and I am highly satisfied with all the features they offer. The platform has been instrumental in saving time for everyone in the office, which is a significant improvement from our previous provider, Peerlogic. One of the most valuable features is the ability for patients to schedule their appointments through our website, even for the next day, without needing anyone in the office to answer calls. This functionality ensures convenience for our patients and smooths our operations. Additionally, Adit's team handles insurance verification for our patients before their visits, which streamlines our workflow and avoids potential issues. I particularly appreciate the automatic text messaging feature that sends reminders to patients about their appointments, a functionality that our patients love for keeping them informed and organized about their schedules. Moreover, the support team at Adit is wonderful and very responsive, which gives me confidence in their service. The ability to see a patient's name, family information, and balance on the computer screen when they call is immensely helpful for smooth operations. Patient forms can be texted to them, with their information seamlessly downloaded into the document center, making administrative tasks easier. I can have a direct texting conversation with patients, which is convenient and effective. Adit has simplified the operations in my daily work, reducing my workload and stress significantly. The beginning price was unbeatable, and even after a year when the price increased, it remained a great value. Having patient forms for new patient paperwork or in-office agreements is great and adds considerable value to the service.
