**What do you like best about Adit?**

I have had the opportunity to work with this company for over three months now, and I’m very happy to say they are above and beyond great! Adit is simply the best and most cost-effective practice management software currently available, in my opinion. I moved over from Weave, which was awful for various reasons and far overpriced in comparison. The things I love about Adit include: the office phones, the software itself (both desktop and mobile phone apps), the highly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable customer support team, as well as the pricing which is absolutely reasonable for the total added value it brings to our practice. If you are on the fence about trying Adit for your business or practice, do yourself a huge favor and try them out, the results will speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

I like that Adit is an all-in-one platform that makes patient care, scheduling, and payments easier to manage in one place. It's reliable, easy to use, and keeps improving with new features like AI. I appreciate how the AI features have made certain tasks faster and more efficient, especially when the office is closed. Whenever we have issues, they respond as quickly as they can. Adit includes everything from payment processing to patient management tools, which keeps everything in one place instead of switching between different systems. The AI features help us text and call patients for payments, spot errors or missing details early, and make tracking transactions easier. Overall, it improves the speed, accuracy, and continuity of work even outside of regular hours, making day-to-day tasks so much easier.

**What do you like best about Adit?**

I use Adit for patient communication which allows us to communicate effectively and efficiently with our patients and helps us to keep our schedule full. I appreciate that we don't have to spend nearly as much time on the phone confirming patients, or on inputting patient information into the computer. I find their price point most appealing; it is a great value. The easy customization of patient forms has been a major benefit. The customization allows me to really cater the software to my dental practice and make it fit for me. The customization also lets me tune appointment reminder notifications to what works best for my patient base. I also think Adit's email marketing campaigns will help in future expansion. The onboarding process went smoothly, and the representatives were all helpful and readily available.

The customer service representatives are sometimes difficult to understand.

There are many hiccups: the interface is bulky and clunky, the mobile app doesn't replicate the functionality of the desktop app. The constant need to contact our rep to fix things like voicemails getting cut off, calls getting dropped, people being on the phone for several rings before we get one ring, super slow app and website portal, etc.

VOiP phone service that syncs with our PMS, allowing us to know who is calling and some basic information on them before we answer the phone.

Adit is an excellent all-in-one platform that makes managing our practice much easier. If I had to pick my "top 5" favorite things, it would be:
1.	automated patient texts and reminders that reduce no-shows,
2.	online scheduling and digital forms that save time,
3.	a clean, user-friendly interface,
4.	having payments, communication, and scheduling all in one place, and
5.	a responsive support team that’s always improving the product.
Adit is so easy to use - even my doctor enjoys it! Implementation was straight-forward and we rely on Adit on a minute-by-minute basis.

**What do you dislike about Adit?**

I honestly don't have any dislikes about Adit. The platform is comprehensive and works for us. I know some people complain about lag time or syncing issues, but we have not had any problems.

Adit’s automated appointment reminders and online scheduling help patients remember their appointments and book themselves 24/7 — which cuts down on no-shows and keeps our schedule full. Adit's text-to-pay has been a game changer - no more unpaid accounts - no more excuses from patients. Just send a link, and they pay immediately! Having the practice analytics dashboard gives us instant visibility into key metrics like unscheduled treatment, production rates, patient retention, and collections so that we can make changes in the moment to grow and fix issues.

**What do you like best about Adit?**

I appreciate that Adit offers the same features as other companies for almost half the price. Their customer service is great too. I like how the electronic paperwork integrates with the EHR and uploads patient files without extra work from our staff. It keeps the office flow smooth, and everyone likes the text messages feature. Our patients love being able to text the office instead of being on the phone. The canned messages have been a big help, allowing for customization without retyping messages repeatedly.

I dislike when we sometimes text patients by mistake because the in-house chat doesn't have a separate spot, which could help avoid this issue.

I also find the insurance verifications to be fast and on time, which helps me verify things before patient appointments. Implementation was easy, and I really like what I have with Adit. **What do you like best about Adit?**

I really like how Adit provides a streamlined way to communicate with our patients through multiple channels, as it easily integrates with our EHR system (Jane App). I appreciate the savings from not having a phone bill and the convenience of reaching out to our patient base through text, calls, and email.   Google review requests are great, as is the eFax capability.  The all-in-one patient communication portal simplifies things, especially for our front desk, making it very efficient. The integration with Jane App is great, and we just began the implementation of the AI agent to help answer calls during off-hours. It's nice to have patient database information right at our fingertips and know who is calling, which is very useful and saves a lot of time.

I think the dashboard could be simplified a bit, although Adit recently made some changes that helped in that area.

We use Adit to streamline communication with patients through multiple channels, integrate with our EHR system, and save money by eliminating phone bills (it's a VOIP system that integrates with our computer and EHR). What I like best about Adit is that it lets us communicate with our patients via text. It makes it much easier to reach patients when they’re at work and can’t talk on the phone, so we can still stay in touch and respond quickly.

What I dislike about Adit is the online appointment system. It seems like it still needs some work. I’m not sure whether we’re not utilizing it correctly, but we’ve been running into some issues with it.

Adit has made communicating with patients very easy, especially when I recently moved my practice and needed to keep patients up to date on our move. It helps with notifying patients of their appointments and when their prescriptions are ready. Adit also makes it very easy for patients to leave a review, and obtaining signatures has become much simpler. Texting with patients has been very helpful, and the internal texting is great for communications between staff members. All of these services have been helpful and are a key reason I will continue my partnership with Adit.

I like Adit because they help us keep the schedules filled by making it easy to send mass text messages to all patients who are past due, which helps fill open appointments. They have helped our website traffic improve by three times and helped us rank higher on Google. The patient communication tool is fantastic, and I appreciate the online patient forms and the online patient appointment request feature. They work very well with Dentrix, which makes our workday run very smoothly. I appreciate all aspects of their services, from the messages to dental analytics.

i love everything about Adit. Some things were hard to navigate at first but once I was shown how to maneuver, I have no issues

I do find it a little overwhelming when I am trying to find a certain thing.

Adit is also connected to our care credit and our dashboard will reflect if a patient is a current Care Credit cardholder or if they are preapproved so we have some confidence in suggesting Care Credit to help patients get their needed treatment. Also, Adit is FANTASTIC at filling our hygiene openings! We send out mass emails and texts to patients who are due/ overdue. Adit has so many parameters  for selecting groups of patients that would benefit from receiving correspondence. We can filter out who does not need to hear from us!

I have been using Adit for about five months at our dental practice and I am highly satisfied with all the features they offer. The platform has been instrumental in saving time for everyone in the office, which is a significant improvement from our previous provider, Peerlogic. One of the most valuable features is the ability for patients to schedule their appointments through our website, even for the next day, without needing anyone in the office to answer calls. This functionality ensures convenience for our patients and smooths our operations. ADIT doesnot integrate well with Softdent at all, it has created more work for us s opposed to simplifying things.  ADIT can not process insurance credit card payments from United Healthcare which is holding up a great deal of money for us.

ADIT is a relatively new software, buyer beware, you pay for the quality of what you get.  I thin ADIT has great possibilities but there are a lot of kinks that need to be worked out to make it more user friendly and time efficient.

We have switched from WEAVE to ADIT, Weave's pricing keeps increasing, ADIT is more economical.  That being said, after  a month of ADIT we are switching back to WEAVE.

there over review of production and goals are nice and they have a very deep connection with open dental

Forms signatures require First/Last name email and phone number entered each and every time just to sign a form. Patients all hate it and complain about it. No work around adit promised a solution over 9 months ago and still nothing. 

Adit pay shows all of your financials to all of your employees and cant be hidden, basically anyone who takes payments can see your full spreadsheet as well as initiate refunds.

Call tracking is great but if you want your front desk to receive faxes or go through voicemails they also have the ability to listen to calls which i dont approve off. HiPAA doesn't seem covered here. 

There included phone system did not work properly for over 7 months they tried correctly the issue over and over. it took them 7 months to get the inbound calls to work. what a headache. 

There mobile phone also didn't work for over 9 months and they claim just last week its fixed. so far its working. but i won't hold my breath unfortunately the list of problems is endless.

There online booking now link does work but a major flaw that no appointment type or codes are selected like other systems. also no reminder are sent out or form links after 9pm even if the patient scheduled. 

Their customer service also is way too much. they call you way toooooooooo much and when they get you on the phone they never know how to help you. They also never really communicate with the last person you spoke with about all of the issues you maybe facing, they begin by asking you everything all over again and again wasting so many hours.

**Recommendations to others considering Adit:**

No! yes they are cheap but they have lots of issues, I also tried and used their marketing services but they royally messed that up. They used my payment information and linked my google ads to another client of theirs they ran ads for about 4 months and when i a patient sent me my ad with another (client of adit) link i was extremely upset. They never refunded me the lost of ad money but they did cancel my contract immediately as they knew they messed up royally. BTW those ads never got any calls or leads and they never understood why there marketing wasn't working hmm...... I guess it was working for another provider 1200miles away that they also serviced. 

Honestly they have been the biggest headache of the startup. I have no idea how a larger more established office works around all of these issues. And im looking to transfer to a different provider service once my 1 year is up unless they fix there BS. Which i dont see happening.
