What do you like best about Forus (formerly Tandem)?

I appreciate how the platform simplifies the prior authorization and medication-access process, reduces administrative burden, and helps practices get medications to patients more efficiently. What do you dislike about Forus (formerly Tandem)?

One area that could be improved is making certain parts of the process a little more straightforward and predictable. Occasionally, it can take some extra time to understand the status of a prescription or what the next step should be. What problems is Forus (formerly Tandem) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think Forus has made a real difference in my day-to-day workflow. The prior authorization and medication-access process can take a lot of time, and having Forus help manage those steps means I spend less time dealing with paperwork, insurance requirements, and follow-up calls.

For me, the biggest benefit is having more time to focus on my patients while still knowing that their medication-access needs are being followed.
