What do you like best about Curogram?

Curogram helps us streamline patient outreach with automation while still preserving flexibility where it matters. The no-show texting system, patient satisfaction surveys, and integration with our practice’s workflows have reduced manual work and improved follow-up consistency. What do you dislike about Curogram?

Some configuration options still require backend support from the Curogram team rather than being accessible in the UI. Reporting tools have improved recently, but earlier limitations on access and filtering made tracking outcomes more difficult. What do you like best about Curogram?

What I like best about Curogram is how easy it makes patient communication. Everything—from texting, reminders, telehealth links, to appointment confirmations—is in one place. It keeps our workflow organized, reduces back-and-forth calls, and helps us respond to patients quickly and efficiently. It makes our day-to-day operations smoother and less stressful. What do you dislike about Curogram?

What do you like best about Curogram?

I really appreciate how seamlessly Curogram integrates with our existing phone system and EMR. No other company I’ve worked with comes close to this level of integration. This functionality is crucial for our medical practice since it allows us to streamline workflows and enhance communication without needing to overhaul our existing systems. The two-way HIPAA-compliant text messaging is a standout feature, providing patients with the convenience of receiving quick responses, which they love. Automated appointment reminders and no-show reduction tools have been instrumental in reducing missed appointments and improving overall patient satisfaction. The mobile-friendly forms for automating intakes are excellent for simplification and efficiency. Additionally, Curogram's mass marketing and outreach campaign capabilities help us maintain engagement with patients, improving practice-wide efficiency. What do you dislike about Curogram?

I find that Curogram's user interface could be improved. While it's generally nice, there are aspects that could be tweaked to enhance the overall user experience. What do you like best about Curogram?

I really appreciate that Curogram is very easy to use. It's accessible for patients of all ages, including elderly patients, which means they can use it easily and efficiently, even on their phones. The platform being HIPAA secure is a major plus, allowing us to send and receive sensitive information safely. I find the feature where patients can send pictures of their medications extremely helpful, especially for older patients who might not have a list of their medications readily available. This capability makes it convenient for me to assist patients who might find it challenging to communicate, particularly if English is not their first language. Additionally, the setup process was very straightforward and quick; everything was efficiently handled via telephone and set up within a day or two. What do you dislike about Curogram?

The main issue I face with Curogram is the lack of an Android app, as it currently only has an app available for iPhones. As a physician, this limitation means I usually have to log into the PC, which is less convenient. Having an Android app would greatly enhance accessibility and ease of use for me. I love how fast, efficient, and quick Curogram is. The chat, call, and FaceTime video features are incredibly useful, making communication seamless and effective. The software enhances our medical and diagnostic facilities by improving the connection with patients and facilitating important quality improvement processes. Its efficiency and high quality stand out, especially when compared to the previous system we used, EClinicalWorks. Transitioning to Curogram was a significant upgrade as it's much better, more efficient, and the quality is impressive.
