The no-show texting system, patient satisfaction surveys, and integration with our practice’s workflows have reduced manual work and improved follow-up consistency. Some configuration options still require backend support from the Curogram team rather than being accessible in the UI. Reporting tools have improved recently, but earlier limitations on access and filtering made tracking outcomes more difficult.
