**What do you like best about Curogram?**

I like how easy it is to communicate with patients on Curogram in a HIPAA compliant platform. Using Curogram has eliminated the stress of patients forgetting their appointments and forms. I also love being able to send New Patient Forms in advance, ensuring charts are ready for appointments. We upload our forms to the platform, and they’re automatically sent days before the visit, plus we can resend them manually as reminders. The feature where patients can rate their office experience and leave a Google review has really helped us increase our reviews. Additionally, the initial setup of Curogram was very easy and streamlined. When we have needed service they are very responsive and helpful to resolve the issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

A few times when we first started using Curogram the app would disconnect from our scheduling program.  They have been quick to resolve the issue though.

**What problems is Curogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Curogram has eliminated the stress of patients forgetting appointments and forms. It's easy to communicate in a HIPAA compliant way, send forms in advance, and remind patients. We also increased our Google reviews with their feedback feature.

**What do you like best about Curogram?**

I like that Curogram is easy to use and that we can put internal notes for staff. It's great for communication because we have over 10 employees texting patients for specific reasons, and it's nice that we can unread and assign conversations to specific employees. This helps different departments, like sales, labs, or the front desk, to stay organized without intersecting with each other. I also like that it helps us be more personable with our patients and keep in contact with those who can't answer the phone. The initial setup was reportedly easy, which is quite a task.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

I'd love to see the merging feature become easier to use. If we had two patients there, it would be nice if it flagged it or offered it when you look the patient up.

**What problems is Curogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Curogram helps us maintain personal communication with patients, even if they can't answer calls. It's easy to use, allows internal notes, and lets us assign patient conversations to specific employees, preventing overlap between departments.

**What do you like best about Curogram?**

Navigating Curogram is super simple, with minimal training needed. It’s integrated with our EMR, which is very convenient because it keeps our patients accessible through their program. It also minimizes phone calls by sending appointment reminders and sending our patients their intake forms, which makes everything run smoother.

Curogram has been very reliable and really takes the load off us when it comes to appointment reminders. The customer service team is dependable, and the pricing is reasonable—definitely worth it. I haven’t had the chance to explore the AI features yet, but I’m confident they’re great. Overall, I don’t have any negative comments about Curogram; it has truly been a helpful software.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

So far, we haven’t experienced any major issues with Curogram. On the rare occasions we’ve run into a problem in the past, we’ve contacted support and they’ve handled the situation right away.

**What problems is Curogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can’t express how difficult it was to find time to make appointment reminder calls with a busy clinic every day. Curogram solved that for us, and it has really taken that burden off our shoulders. Now we can focus on other tasks for our patients.

**What do you like best about Curogram?**

This is the fastest platform I’ve used in over four years. It’s intuitive—like working with an actual intelligent partner—easy to navigate, and packed with every feature I need to get my work done. I’m able to communicate better with both patients and our team. The schedule confirmation feature was awesome: the automated responses and messages are spot-on. Task assignment is as easy as 1 2 3!

Our company is finally getting an awesome, reliable tool that feels worth every penny.

From the very start, I noticed right away that using it with real workloads is actually easier than it was during onboarding. I haven’t needed any additional tech support.

I can’t wait to integrate this with the rest of the tools in our stack. I’m excited to have everything working together.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

Nothing. I like the whole package. Individual customization per user might be a good idea. like a drag-and-drop edit for whatever the user only needs for their tasks. This is to make it more personal and connect with the user.

Appointment confirmations are seamless, and the automated messages and responses work smoothly. Assigning tasks to the team has become much easier, and communication with both patients and the team is now a breeze.

Curogram stands out for being intuitive and genuinely user-friendly. The interface is clean and straightforward, so it’s easy to navigate even as a first-time user. The automation tools are particularly helpful, saving time on routine tasks such as appointment reminders, patient communication, and document management. I also like how smoothly it fits into existing workflows, which reduces the need to jump between multiple systems. On top of that, customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed it, adding real value to the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

While the platform is excellent overall, there are still a few areas where it could improve. Some of the customization options feel a bit limited, particularly when I’m trying to tailor workflows to very specific needs. From time to time, I also notice slight delays or minor glitches, although they aren’t frequent. In addition, more advanced reporting features or analytics would be a valuable addition, helping me track performance and gain insights more effectively.

Curogram is essentially solving the everyday communication chaos our healthcare practice deals with too many phone calls and manual work, missed appointments (no-shows), fragmented communication tools, inefficient front-desk workflows, a lack of secure texting options (HIPAA compliance), and data silos that lead to double entry. The benefits show up immediately in time savings, overall efficiency, and the patient experience. It saves time and reduces our workload, improves our efficiency and productivity, helps reduce no-shows and increase revenue, enhances the patient experience, and keeps everything organized in one place.

**What do you like best about Curogram?**

I love that I can customize the messages myself without having to reach out to the company or support for help. At the same time, when we do need assistance, Curogram has always been very supportive. They actually respond to our emails, and there always seems to be someone available to help us out.

I also love that we can send our office forms through text. It’s been really helpful to integrate internal messages and staff communication and keep everything in one place, so we can see conversations with patients as well as messages among our staff.

I’ve worked with multiple texting vendors on the market, including OhMD, Klara, Televox, and GoTo, and none of them have compared to Curogram. We were losing patients because those platforms had so many issues, which only frustrated our patients even more. Support was lacking, and the programs never evolved to meet their clients’ needs. My staff and I saw a real change in our day-to-day lives once we switched to Curogram. Patients now comment as to how easy it is to communicate with our office.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

One thing that would be helpful is being able to filter out a specific subset of patients. For example, I'd like to send a very specific reminder to the unresponsive people in a specific language. I want to manually gather those patients and then send a message to those people. I think the ability to filter messages and improve the bulk send out could be improved.

**What problems is Curogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Curogram for two-way text appointment reminders and invoices. It pulls appointments from our EHR, sends multiple reminders, and reduces AR days. Customizable messages and easy form sending improve patient attendance and communication, while internal messaging organizes staff communication. It has improved our no show rate and improved our appointments.  It has increased our revenue by decreasing our no show rate and collecting patient balances easily over text.

I like the easy to view layout of the messaging system and how it quickly I am able to look up a certain patient. I also liked the automated features of the system and how it easily removes the burden on the practice from needing to constantly remind patients of appointments.

I think that the timing of the reminders could be better placed as well as the system needs to have faster updates with the scheduling system it is attached to as many times patients will call saying that they received a message even though they already cancelled.

We’ve had a very positive experience using Curogram in our office. The platform is straightforward, and our team felt comfortable with it almost right away. Being able to text patients directly has cut down on a lot of back-and-forth phone calls and made communication more convenient for everyone.

The only thing that I would say is that the system is built for the medical field and we are in the early education field so sometimes the terminology in the system uses medical terms.

I use Curogram for patient/parents communication, like sending reminders, messaging, appointment scheduling, monitoring incoming messages, and sending forms. It keeps everything organized and saves time. I find it easy to use, and everything is in place like messaging, reminder templates, and forms, which makes patient/parents communication much smoother. With messaging, I can respond to patients quickly, and reminder templates are organized. Having everything in one place just makes our daily workflow faster and more organized compared to other tools. The initial setup is pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

One thing that could be improved would be automation. It would be very helpful to us if Curogram could automatically follow up with patients who have not completed their forms/policies, or send reminders if confirmation hasn't been received within 24 hrs. prior to the appointment. As busy schedules can make manual follow-ups easy to miss.

I like that Curogram has a lot of different features that are very helpful. One example is how it works with our scheduling system. If a patient declines an appointment, it automatically shows up in our scheduling chart. This really decreases the amount of time the front desk has to put into these tasks, resulting in less paperwork and a decreased workload. The initial setup sounds like it was easy. Our team also created template messages that make it easy so we don't have to type the same message over and over.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

I am still trying to learn some of the features that Curogram has. For example, the video chat system, I am looking forward to learning more about that those HIPAA compliant video chats. There's not much to dislike!

I find the ability to text patients very helpful, as it significantly reduces call volume. This includes easily sending referral information via text without needing to make lengthy phone calls, allowing patients to conveniently have the information on their phone for follow-up visits. I like that Curogram integrates seamlessly with platforms we're already using, such as Office Ally and RingCentral. This integration saves us a ton in training time and money because we don't need to get a new electronic health record system or booking system. I appreciate how it centralizes everything, from sending text message reminders for appointments that come from our number, to collecting payments directly from our number, which makes it feel a lot more trusted and provides a better user experience. The setup was fairly easy, and I find that it helps us a lot with appointment reminders, confirmations, and cancellations without taking up too much of my staff's time. It also makes collecting Google and Yelp reviews from satisfied customers easier, as well as getting any critical feedback directly from patients.

I like that with Curogram I can immediately solve issues and get the patients resolution. It is very helpful when a patient and or the office needs answers in a timely manner. In a doctor's office, we need immediate responses and it helps with that. The initial setup of Curogram was easy.

I have not found any issues

I use Curogram for corresponding with patients and coworkers, solving patient issues and managing appointments. It helps me immediately solve issues and get timely answers, which is crucial in a doctor's office.

I use Curogram to communicate with patients, and it's been great for scheduling and rescheduling appointments via text. I love that it's simple to use and you get to speak to a live person instead of AI. The initial setup was very easy since I received an email with login information, and it's very user-friendly. I really like Curogram and wouldn't change anything about it.

**What do you like best about Curogram?**

It’s easy to use, and it supports multiple users while still keeping everything under the same entity. It has helped us retain more appointments, specifically ones that were scheduled months in advance and the patients forgot.

**What do you dislike about Curogram?**

There could be a better way to notify the clients when someone sends an image through text. As of right now, it has to be looked for through another tab. There is no alert letting you know.

It helps solve no-shows by keeping patients informed that they have an upcoming appointment, which makes them more likely to keep it.

I like Curogram because it's easy to use, and the text messaging feature makes it easy to communicate with patients without having to call them or send numerous emails. The initial setup of Curogram was also very easy.

Telehealth with Curogram can be a bit limited because sometimes we need an interpreter on a visit, but we can only have one person in at a time.

I use Curogram for evaluating patients and communicating appointments. It's easy to use, and text messaging makes it simple to communicate with patients without calls or multiple emails.

I use Curogram for sending messages to our patients and reminders, and it automatically saves our automated messages, which is such a great source of time saving. I like that it's very efficient and very reliable, with one click it's all sent in just 1 second. The initial setup was very easy and self-explanatory. I have no complaints, everything seems to work well!
