
I like that Curogram is easy to use and that we can put internal notes for staff. It's great for communication because we have over 10 employees texting patients for specific reasons, and it's nice that we can unread and assign conversations to specific employees. This helps different departments, like sales, labs, or the front desk, to stay organized without intersecting with each other. I also like that it helps us be more personable with our patients and keep in contact with those who can't answer the phone. The initial setup was reportedly easy, which is quite a task. I'd love to see the merging feature become easier to use. If we had two patients there, it would be nice if it flagged it or offered it when you look the patient up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
