What do you like best about Curogram?

Curogram makes HIPAA-compliant patient communication simple and accessible for both staff and patients. The platform is easy to use, integrates well into daily workflows, and allows teams to communicate efficiently without relying on phone calls alone. The biggest benefit is reducing phone volume while still maintaining timely patient communication. Two-way texting, mass messaging, and automated reminders improve patient engagement, decrease no-shows, and allow staff to work more efficiently. What do you dislike about Curogram?

Some features could be more customizable, particularly reporting. What do you like best about Curogram?

What we appreciate most about Curogram is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is for both staff and patients. The system effectively streamlines patient communication and daily workflows. What do you like best about Curogram?

I love that we are able to do two way texting and more on this platform! It makes communicating with patients very easy and patients are thrilled to be able to communicate with us this way vs. having to schedule appointments over the phone. What do you dislike about Curogram?

Our EMR isn't the easiest to integrate with so not all features work. Curgram attempted to find work arounds and some worked, some didn't. WE also are used to managing all tech in house so relying on another team has been difficult. They are always there to help but having to go outside our team has taken some getting used to. Some configuration options still require backend support from the Curogram team rather than being accessible in the UI. Reporting tools have improved recently, but earlier limitations on access and filtering made tracking outcomes more difficult. "Streamlined Patient Communication and Integration"
What do you like best about Curogram?

I like that Curogram integrates seamlessly with platforms we're already using, such as Office Ally and RingCentral. This integration saves us a ton in training time and money because we don't need to get a new electronic health record system or booking system. I appreciate how it centralizes everything, from sending text message reminders for appointments that come from our number, to collecting payments directly from our number, which makes it feel a lot more trusted and provides a better user experience. The setup was fairly easy, and I find that it helps us a lot with appointment reminders, confirmations, and cancellations without taking up too much of my staff's time. It also makes collecting Google and Yelp reviews from satisfied customers easier, as well as getting any critical feedback directly from patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Curogram?

We're still new users to Curogram, so I don't know if I necessarily have feedback for you. I do know that we would really like to be able to have an online appointment request form not just an online appointment request that goes into our text messages. What do you like best about Curogram?

Using Curogram has helped our small clinic tremendously, and it has become an essential part of our daily workflow. We’re able to communicate with families easily via text, so what previously took several phone calls and emails can now be handled with a quick, simple message. What do you like best about Curogram?

I like the direct integration with EMR in Curogram. It pulls all appointment data from the EMR into the system, which means we don't have to batch upload patient data files anymore. This capability allows for rapid communications and the configuration of all appointment text reminders without having to send them directly from our EMR. Additionally, working directly with integration specialists made the setup process much easier. Putting everything in a communal Google Sheet and relaying the API key and appointment filter sets simplified things a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Curogram?

The reporting module exists in a separate Google engine, making it less integrated. Better integration directly on the front end would improve reporting dashboard viewing. An overall reporting of key metrics is also lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Curogram?

I really like that Curogram interfaces seamlessly with our electronic health record. The two-way texting feature with patients stands out to me because it creates a communication trail and enhances timely interactions with a high volume of patients. The patient statement function has also been beneficial, as it's sent via text link, helping to increase our collections. What do you dislike about Curogram?

While we love the interface to our electronic health record, sometimes functionality lags. In other words, logging into Curogram it starts to spin and buffer. What do you like best about Curogram?

I love how I can customize the messages on my own without having to ask the company or support for help on this. I also love how we can send our forms so easily through the texting. I love that we can integrate internal messages and communication between the staff and have it all in one place, so we can see the conversations between the patients as well as our providers. What do you dislike about Curogram?

One thing that would be helpful is being able to filter out a specific subset of patients. For example, I'd like to send a very specific reminder to the unresponsive people in a specific language. I want to manually gather those patients and then send a message to those people. I think the ability to filter messages and improve the bulk send out could be improved.
