The platform is easy to use, integrates well into daily workflows, and allows teams to communicate efficiently without relying on phone calls alone. The biggest benefit is reducing phone volume while still maintaining timely patient communication. Two-way texting, mass messaging, and automated reminders improve patient engagement, decrease no-shows, and allow staff to work more efficiently. Some features could be more customizable, particularly reporting. At times, troubleshooting or configuration changes require support involvement rather than being fully self-service, which can slow down adjustments for larger or multi-department practices.
