What do you like best about Weave?

Integration is fantastic between phones, text, reminder system, faxing, etc. This is a powerhouse and it interfaces with our antiquated EHR system, even though the EHR vendor makes no effort to allow for or support the interface. Functionally this is a very good communication platform. They fix problems and develop new solutions all of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

More integration with our EHR, but our vendor doesn't really facilitate this, so we are grateful for what integration there is. I'd like to use the online scheduling feature, but it won't write back to our EHR. Again not Weave's fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Texting Transforms Office Communication"
What do you like best about Weave?

I LOVE the real time texting capabilities which come in for the entire office allowing anyone who is free to be able to respond quickly to time sensitive issues. I also really like being able to "unread" a text so that the lead on a study can go back and add personal touches.

What do you dislike about Weave?

Conversely, I also wish that you could designate some emails as only for a certain lead so that a person could designate some as private occasionally.

What do you like best about Weave?

I find Weave very easy to use, and it didn't take long for me to get used to the system. Everything works just fine, and it's very clear. I really like how fast I can be at my job because of how well it works, and it's pretty easy to use. There are no complications, which is what I love most about it. Since I'm working remotely, I like how everything is within the same screen, so I don't have to struggle finding messages. It's very convenient and helps me be fast at my job. What do you dislike about Weave?

The lack of noise cancellation in calls is something I think could be improved. When I'm working from home, there's always background noise I can't get away from, like my neighbor's renovations. What do you like best about Weave?

Love the weave gives us the ability to text patients or patients can text us when they are not able to get on the phone. Every time I have to call customer support they always resolve the issues that we are having. It is super easy to use especially on a daily use basis. Weave Review – South Tulsa Pediatrics

At South Tulsa Pediatrics, our experience with Weave has been absolutely fantastic! The system is incredibly easy to use and has made a huge difference in how efficiently we communicate with our patients and families.
