Overall, it’s affordable and fairly user-friendly, with all the features I need: booking links, appointment reminders, and automated workflows. It performs very well—particularly the virtual meeting area—and includes an AI scribe that helps with notes and reminders for upcoming appointments. There’s also a HIPAA-compliant space for chatting with clients, and they’ve recently added credentialing and billing services, which I think is a great addition and makes them extremely competitive.

I love how easy it is to navigate, and I really appreciate the scribe feature. I also like that my calendar automatically links any events on it.

It also has templates from other providers, so I don't feel like I'm so alone. What I like most is how it is simple, customizable, and affordable. It really saves me time. The workflows allow me to not have to think about sending client paperwork or documents or billing. It makes it really simple, so I'm cutting out some admin time. And the online telehealth system is really simple and intuitive, so my clients can do it easily. The initial setup was very easy.
